It says you'll get personal attention from the owner, Bonnie, who has years of experience. When I called in, she was short on the phone, but I set up time anyway. A single session is $85, and she tried to talk me into doing the $800 ten pack. Thank God I didn't! On the day of my appointment she was running late so I had to wait for almost 20 minutes before she could see me. She asked me some about my background and what I wanted to focus on, and then launched right into it. When I told her I was uncomfortable with some of what she was having me doing, I caught her rolling her eyes at me. Although she had been 20 minutes late, she stopped our appointment right on time. When I mentioned this to her, she told me she had another client waiting for her. It's clear that the only thing she's interested in is making money. Go somewhere else. Save your time, and your money.

She was very helpful and really seemed to want to know what I was trying to get out of working out and getting into shape. After this initial assessment future workouts focused on strengthening my core and ensuring I can develop balance and completing each method correctly working my way from lighter resistance and weight to more resistive and heavier each time we revisited the exercise in following sessions. Though I was challenged and pushing my body, Bonnie was there right with me to ensure I was doing the technique correctly. Each session is different and unique. I am feeling great now compared to how I felt before seeing Bonnie. If you are looking for a personal trainer that understands the appropriate exercise for your current state then Bonne and The Pilates Garden & Personal Training Studio is for you. You know this is a great person as your first assessment is free but you feel that you are being assessed properly for your abilities. After visiting CrossFit MontCo, I was convinced that it would be the perfect place to hold a national MiniCamp for the Team USA Hopefuls on the Preliminary Roster. When I visited and observed, I noticed that the energy of the space is just AMAZING. I was only supposed to be meeting the owners and observing, but the place was so hopping that I felt like picking up a barbell and jumping right in! CrossFit MontCo did NOT disappoint! The owners generously donated their space to host Team USA Premier Women for part of their minicamp training weekend. Over 40 top athletes visited and laid down some sweat at CF MontCo! The space is positive and open - the owners and coaches really know how to communicate and work with the athletes. I have been a member at this gym since the '80's. I have spent the last seven years using the XFORCE machines and even though I had to stop, Izvestia maintained most of my muscle mass. I returned to the gym three weeks ago today and I felt like I was back in my happy mental state of mind. No worries whatsoever about catching the coronavirus as the gym has a plastic shield around the reception area, every machine gets wiped down after every use and I was completely safe as everyone wears masks. Several basketball courts. Yoga classes. Easy checkin with the PHILAYMCA app. I always have a pleasant experience here. I think people just find things to complain about honestly.
