He explained in the most detailed way possible on how these products that they use will exterminate any bugs and or other pests around my home. He explained how only for the summer they use the demand cs product for the spray and then they switch over to masterline in the winter. (what a great tactic) And that helps with any bugs getting used to the products. During my monthly routinely service they go around knocking down any spider webs around my house, dropping these things called granules for the various insects, spraying the walls and around the perimeter of my home and finally at the end they dust around your house with delta dust. And after every visit they make sure at they describe to you what exactly you got for the day. I can't stress how much i love that about the company. In the end the only thing that matters most is that they get rid of all the bugs surrounding my house and getting rid of them for good. i entered into an agreement w/ truforce AFTER reading yelp reviews, and I'm glad I did because I knew not to sign anything or provide a credit card number. The owner and the tech were both friendly and knowledgeable, and the well-priced plan i agreed to was for 2 visits. after the first visit, i still had some bugs, but they honored their commitment to the 30 day guarantee and returned to spray again at no additional cost. i reached out to confirm the day of the next visit, but never received an answer, and then never received a visit. a few weeks later i get a bill for the visit than never occurred. then i start receiving collection notices, so i contacted the company to find out wtf was going on. a day or 2 later i was told that it was taken care of. a few more weeks go by and i receive yet another collection notice, and yet again i had to contact the company. for the moment the problem seems resolved, but i won't really believe it until more time passes. i should have spent more money on a different company and skipped the aggravation. read more

Matt was our technician when we had our service done, and we couldn't be happier with the service. He was professional, kind, and very personable. It's rare to find someone willing to take a minute to actually listen to you and try to understand your problem! I really think that is what makes the difference with these guys-they listen and take or specific needs into consideration. He walked us though what was going on and what he was doing, and he seemed to really know his stuff! I've seen a couple poorer reviews of TruForce recently, and that seems odd to me since they have been so great to us. It sounds like to me that these people are having a issue not so much with the company, but a miscommunication with an individual here or there. Unfortunately people are human and make mistakes! Honestly there are so many pest control company's here in Las Vegas to choose from however Truforce reps were in our neighborhood for a promotional special so I said sure the serviceman Truforce sent to our home on a Wednesday 7/17 /15 was Jordan a young man with great smile and great customer service skills also Jordan is highly knowledgeable and nformative on Truforce services available for our home needs. I was short for time I asked Jordan to please just spray our front and back yard I called Truforce the next day Thursday 7/18 a little after 5 pm and I was suprised the company was still open which was awesome the rep scheduled Jordan Friday 7/19 to our home stated between 9am - 11am again I am highly pleased Jordan arrived just shortly after 9am again great customer service. read more

The technician came out again last week while I was gone. Brady was his name from the note he left so I knew he was there. I was skeptical that he actually did his service but as I walked around the house I noticed my spiderwebs were gone, and there was fresh powder at my garage and doorways. Later that day when I got the invoiced emailed to me I read the notes he left. They have a gps on their trucks and invoices so when he said he was there from 10:23-10:49am I know he really was. He mentioned ways for me to make sure I don't see bugs, like my wood pile and shed. He also told me he hasn't seen any bugs and to give him a call if he I am. My wife and I have been using TruForce meow for somewhere in between 2-3 years and have had zero issues with the services they provide. They eradicated our minor re-occurring scorpion issue as well as the random perimeter bugs that you find here in Vegas. Our initial provider was Brady and he was extremely helpful. Lately, for the past 7/8 months, Justin has been our primary tech and he has been nothing short of fantastic. No questions go unanswered and I find myself engaged in some random, but pleasant, conversation with him and have never once felt any kind of sketchy vibe. The friendliest and most effective pest control service in Vegas. They have really helped reduce the amount of scorpions by almost 100%. We went from seeing a ton to harldy seeing any which is great when you have kids and dogs running around. Like I said we have used a couple different pest control companies in the past and they just didn't work as well as truforce. Not only that but they have some of the most friendly staff around. We have a guy that comes regularly and sprays our house named Brady and he does an awesome job! We moved out to a subdivision on the edge of the desert. Did any of you know that we have Camel spiders in Las Vegas. My neighbors and I did not. But sure enough we found these and other critters around and inside of our homes. Brady from trueforce was out in our neighborhood trolling for business and boy am I glade he did. No bugs. I feel I can call them any time I have a problem but so far after 6 months no bugs. The best part is since all my neighbors have trueforce any time I do have a little problem I just flag them down and they are more then happy to spray an area.
