This is my go-to place for workout for a year. The group class is awesome. I have a quite busy work schedule, so I would like to have a very intense and efficient one-hour workout. This is the best place for me to meet my weekly workout goal. The best thing is you don't need to sign up for different club's membership if you have several favorite workouts. There are so many different classes and each of them is awesome. You can easily find a class at any time fits your schedule. The staff there are also very nice. Really nice studio with lots of class types and options and they make everything easy! They have free parking, nice amenities in the locker rooms like hair ties and tampons, and lockers that lock without bringing a lock. Ultimately, it is not quite the experience I am looking for, but for those that have the money, like group classes, and dig a corporate vibe, this is the place! read more

PROS: I love the variety of classes here, and most of the instructors are awesome. It's clean, vaccination is required, and there's free parking. CONS: Since I signed on to a membership about 6 months ago, it has just kept getting more and more crowded. There's hardly space for my mat in some of the yoga and barre classes. By far my best workout experience I have had!! The staff are really warm and welcoming and the community is really supportive and friendly. The teachers are all amazing and the lighting, music and classes are really well thought out. The space is always immaculate and welcoming.  I had a bunch of injuries that I never took care of and since I started coming here I have found that most of it has gone away. Hot yoga and hot strength classes have allowed my body to heal and get stronger without further injuries.  If you have not tried heated classes I highly recommend you try TruFusion!! I was having an off day and came late to the class by seven minutes. They refused me based on the rules which I actually respect and didn't allow me in late because of peacefulness of the class as well as Covid precautions. The thing that stood out to me about this studio is the woman let me move my class. When you're having an off day, sometimes the smallest things can really change the tone. This meant a lot to me and showed that they really care about their clientele and aren't just always focused on money. It's a beautiful studio and so far the classes I've been to have instructors that are phenomenal. It's the perfect Level of pushing you yet motivating you and so far I just really respect this company and would recommend anyone to the studio. Thank you guys so much! I had been anxiously awaiting the opening of TruFusion Denver for well over a year and then COVID hit :( Turned out it was a great opportunity to attend their complimentary outdoor classes which they held in several awesome locations. They finally got the green light to open in September and I've taken pretty much every class (except yoga) and loved every single one of them. From boot camp, pilates, and barre (HOT) to boxing, kettle-booty, and TRX, the workouts are top-notch and the instructors absolutely kill it. The studio is brand new, beautiful, and always spotless.
