Ok- the 30 min free intro class itself was fine and the instructor was lovely. Parking sucks around here and they recommend parking across the street where it's $2-3 so not particularly convenient unless you can walk here. This review is mainly about the predatory sales tactics from the moment you give them your info. In a week, I received no less than 4 calls and text messages about every other day from various people trying to have a conversation about my goals. Um, my goal is to try out a free class to see if it's for me. Do we need to become besties in order for that to happen? I told them I wasn't interested in having a phone conversation and they still kept calling, up until the day of my intro class and following up with threats to cancel my intro class because they hadn't had a chance to speak with me. In their voicemails they say a conversation is "required" but when I asked them if it was really a requirement or where in the terms and conditions it mentions that on signup, they didnt respond and just kept barreling forward with trying to get me on the phone. This is despite a clear "no thank you, I'm not interested in chatting." At the end of the class they reserve 15 minutes to separate you and your friends to try to pitch you on a "schedule" and plan that might fit for you. I said very clearly I'm not interested in a membership and they still insisted on going through their pitch. Ugh, all of it gave me the ick. It's like setting up a blind date and having your date blow up your phone and try to get you in a committed relationship before even meeting, even after you've set clear boundaries. They need to rethink their sales strategies because the other friends I took the intro class with also felt the same about being harassed nonstop. I've experienced less annoying sales tactics at time share presentations. Worth a free 30 min class? Probably not. read more

Atmosphere: The classes have a very nice, intimate atmosphere because there are only about 10 to 12 people per session. It's perfect for getting focused without it feeling overcrowded. Service: The instructors are very friendly and great at learning your name quickly. They help correct your form in a kind way and can always provide a different movement if you have an injury. The App & Scheduling: - Booking: Everything is done through their app. You can see the full weekly schedule, check how many spots are left, or join a waitlist. - Cancellation Policy: Be careful with your schedule! You have to cancel at least 12 hours before class. If you miss it or cancel late, they charge a $15 fee. It can add up, so make sure to check your app early to save your money! The Workout: Since I work from home, my hips tend to lock up from sitting all day. Pilates has been so helpful in loosening them up and building strength little by little. Just remember to bring your grip socks or buy a pack on Amazon to save money! Parking: - The Struggle: Evening parking is a pain and the free garage passes run out fast. - The Hack: If you book classes before 8 AM, street parking is free! It really motivated me to become a morning person. Price: It is an investment, but worth it if you go consistently. - Unlimited: $259 - 8 Classes: $199 - 4 Classes: $109 - They offer a military discount, and it's always worth asking about New Year's deals or seasonal specials! Overall Experience: I'm really grateful I started here. My body feels so much better, and the unlimited plan is worth every penny if you go 4-5 times a week. read more

A nice clean place to get some quality exercise. I've been going to classes here for a couple months and I really enjoy it. The class size is small and everything is super clean. The instructors are fun and the time goes by quickly. I came across it through my health plan, which some free classes each month. The only drawback is the lack of parking, so you'll be paying a couple bucks to park for an hour. Otherwise, highly recommended. read more

I love walking distance and wanted to join this Pilates studio. They first ordered me a free class and texted me a bazillion times about it. I cleared my Saturday and showed up at noon for my FREE 30 minute class ready and willing to shell out what I estimated would be $200/month on a membership or whatever price it was. They wanted me to buy socks. The one pair of socks they were selling were $25. No. Don't call me in for a FREE class then sell me a $25 pair of shitty socks. You've wasted my Saturday and probably thousands in an annual membership. At least have a free pair for the free class of cheap socks or let me go one time without them. Not a great sales tactic. I feel baited for $25. Pretty cheesy for a high end studio. read more

I have loved going to Club Pilates but recently had a very negative experience with the cancellation policy. I have really enjoyed the Pilates classes here. They are great for beginners who need extra instruction. They also have more intense classes to try once you get in the swing of things. I like the fact they incorporate weights while you are on the reformer to give it a little more of a challenge. The number of classes they offer during the day is great, and they offer classes 7 days a week. The studio may be a little difficult to find at first. But even with the studio being in cherry creek, I have never had a problem finding parking. I would recommend this studio for anyone wanting to do Pilates, from beginner to the seasoned Pilates student. read more

I love all the classes offered at this studio and the instructors are awesome! For newbies, they offer the attention you need while also keeping the class challenging for the more seasoned participants. If you've taken Pilates equipment classes at other studios , you know how quickly the cost can add up. Club Pilates is truly an affordable option. What's also great is that they send out surveys to get feedback (e.g. types of classes, times offered) and they actually make changes based on the feedback. This review is about the studio itself versus the actual classes or instructors... I scheduled a 7am class with the studio through the classpass program but was having trouble finding the location. I called a couple minutes before class began to inform them I would be a little late and to check that it was still be ok to attend (some studios are super strict on time policy). The woman working the front desk said that was fine. After walking around trying to find the location I called the studio again at 7:05 to ask for better directions and the same woman informed me that I was just a block over from the studio. When I got there a couple minutes later the instructor came out to tell me that I missed the warm up and I could not attend class. I was a little frustrated because I felt like the woman I talked to over the phone could have told me I missed the warm-up and not to bother coming in after the second time I called. Plus, there was only one person in the class and felt like I could have done a few warm-ups on my own and then jumped into whatever they were working on. But clearly I take responsibility for being late and wasn't going to argue with the instructor. I did however ask if they could take note that I did try to attend the class (classpass charges you $20 if you are a "no-show") since I had been talking to them and running around Cherry Creek trying to find them for the past 20 minutes, in which they told me they had to mark me down as a no show and I should take it up with classpass. I know it's not the studio's fault that I couldn't find the address and I'm not even upset with the fact that I was not allowed in the class (even though I should have been informed that I would not be allowed in class the second time I called) but I did find it incredibly frustrating that they still marked me down as a no-show. I will not be returning or recommending this studio to friends. read more

Best workout experience I've ever had! I started here when my baby turned 5 months. I had gained 100 LBS through my pregnancy!!! And was looking for a more than just walking to lose weight. I needed something to work around full time work and taking care of my son. Club Pilates had classes available at many hours that worked with my schedule. I have been physically, mentally, and emotionally challenged more than I ever thought a "workout" could give me. The instructors are absolutely amazing! They focus on doing movements correctly and encourage slow motions in order to keep proper form. They are sensitive to limitations/injuries and offer variations as needed. They also are very good at tailoring the class to the individuals' skill levels. The jump class is the best aerobic experience that I've had in a long time. They give great feedback so that you can make adjustments and get your body where it needs to be in every movement. I cannot say enough about the instructors - there isn't a single one that I don't think is 5 plus stars!!! And the facility is comfortable, clean, and new. I have lost 65 lbs since starting and going consistently 3 times a week. I feel stronger and healthier (even with extra pounds still) than I felt before the pregnancy thanks to these ladies!!! read more

I was a beginner to Pilates and was a little nervous. Right as I walked in I explained that I was new and knew nothing about the reformer. I was given a detailed run through of everything which was great. I took 4 classes in my 1week package. I loved Joseph's class. It was a 1.5 and it's much harder than the level 1. He was great at showing me the correct form and I was sore the next day. I wanted to purchase a punch card or a buy 10 pass but they only offer unlimited memberships. That's too bad because I really loved Joseph's class and Sunday's work well with my work schedule. Wish you guys would reconsider. I like other woman workout at other facilities and I'm not going to pay multiple monthly memberships. Other than that I liked their facility. Parking was easy which is great. I could never book online so I had to call which isn't a big deal. They play great music and everyone was very welcoming. Just wish I could keep going. Please bring back the punch card !! read more
