Trufusion has heated and unheated Pilates ! I took the unheated because I cannot do heated Pilates I would die, the instructor I had was Thursday at 6 PM. I don't know her name, but she was fantastic with breathing techniques and stretch, stretching techniques and form. This place has lockers outside for you to put your stuff in and the lockers in the locker room. Along with clean bathrooms with blow dryers and all the essentials you need to take a shower and head to your next spot. A very IG SPOT! read more

I've been coming to Trufusion for about a year. I started on ClassPass but have since moved to their lower tier monthly membership for $169. It gives access to all classes unlimited except reformer. I LOVE their heated classes. I also like that they have so many options for classes though I do wish the classes were more true (no pun intended) to the real discipline like Barre and Pilates. Since the fusion is incorporating yoga into all of the classes there's a bit of redundancy. But all in all the facilities are always clean and functional. The front desk staff is usually pretty helpful and they have a variety of instructors with a variety of intensities. I love Hope and Morgan for Pilates as I find their classes challenging but doable. I do wish there were more specific form corrections especially in smaller classes or heavier lifts. I also agree that packing 60 people into a room where you can barely completely movements without bumping your neighbor is annoying but I've found most studios around houston are like that at peak times. read more

I am obsessed with the hot pilates class here. I've been looking for a studio that has heated pilates on the mat and this was the perfect spot. Your first class is free so that allowed me to check out a class before signing up. I like that they have different options for monthly membership or a class package. Something for everyone's preference. Lots of classes on the schedule to fit everyone's need. The hot pilates class is good for all levels. Typically there are 60 spots open so it does get packed inside. I like that the class incorporate weights, a band, and a block. Music is loud so bring earplugs if you prefer. The instructor is always hyping up everyone. The energy is always on a high. The class actually goes by faster than you think. This is such a great workout. Right up my alley. The studio is clean and organized. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. read more

The gym is just OK for the service they provide in relation to what's advertised. The heated classes are never hot, which was disappointing. For a $259 membership feels pretty steep for this underwhelming studio. I've used other gyms in the area offer more, like cold towels, super clean facilities, and classes that don't pack 60+ people into one room. I was also charged a no show fee for a class I attended, and it took almost two weeks to get the refund, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience didn't really match the price point. read more

My friend introduced me to TruFusion on Post Oak because she knows my love for working out. I hadn't heard of Tru Fusion prior but I signed up for Hot Barre on a late Friday morning. I got a call and several emails to complete a waiver and additional details I needed before the class. I got there around 10:45am, checked in at the desk and was shown to my locker. The space was really big, well decorated, and very clean. There was also plenty of parking available which is always a plus. This was my first time taking barre, let alone hot barre so I truly didn't know what I was getting myself into. I did an intense workout at Orange Theory prior, as well as a two-a-day the day before so I was very tired. I expected barre to be like yoga but it was not. The class was intense and my body was not up for it. I didn't get a chance to really appreciate the class because I was over it before it started. I also didn't care for the other ladies in the class. A few came off snobby and not inviting. The instructor, while good, could have taken the time to acknowledge the newbies. Like girl we aren't all experts. Sigh. Anyway, I do plan on going back to try their HIIT class as that may be more up my alley. They have plenty of classes to choose from, somewhat cost effective and they give discounts for those who live in certain high rises in the area. read more

I loved the yoga studio! I came in for a drop-in class and I will say I preferred it over BSY due to the fact that it had a locker room. I LOVED the option of classes and the fact that the whole process was organized. There's TRX, Pilates, yoga, sound bath/breathwork classes, heated bootcamps, cycle class and more all in one spot. I got to check out this place with Class Pass and it was great! They have lots of options in classes but I went with the Tru Circut with Patrick and it was great. I loved the variety in exercises, there were 4 different splits in the 1 hour class and each split had about it 4 different movements. Loved my hot Pilates classes here! They make you feel so welcome. The staff was very nice helping me on my first time showing up they explained and helped gather the equipment I needed for my class. I am a plus size woman the instructor was so inviting and also made the class entertaining and hyped. I left feeling so energized and good. I was so nervous to try something new but the staff made me feel very comfortable. Loved the neon lights and music playlist. The hot room was a plus because I love a good sauna. I've been coming to Trufusion since July 2025, and the gym is changing. A few weeks ago, during class, I had to listen to a cycling instructor give a political speech calling us to arms and telling us to oppose ICE. I come to Trufusion to work out and destress, not to listen to political views or recruitment that may put one in harm's way. Today, during class, we were informed of a new rule implementation. New rule: the doors will close at the start of class, and you won't be allowed in, despite the gym's 5-minute grace period for tardiness. Trufusion currently charges a $10 no-show fee for late cancellations made within 4 hours of the class start time. Does this new rule mean you will be charged a $10 no show fee? When I asked for clarification on the new rule, I was told, "You just need to be on time." Is this another way to charge members a $10 fee if they're held up in traffic, sick, etc.? I used to absolutely love this studio -- the instructors are incredible, and the community was something special. Unfortunately, management has really run it into the ground with all the new fees and restrictive policies. It doesn't seem to matter whether you're a loyal, long-time member or not -- it's become a constant fight to get money back, deal with last-minute class changes, and avoid unfair $20 no-show fees.if staff doesn't know your name or you're running late and can't sign-in just know you will be in war fighting for refunds for two weeks. I've been coming here for years, and it's honestly sad to see so many of us long-time clients looking for alternatives. TruFusion is a one-of-a-kind fitness / yoga experience. Tru offers dozens of different types of group fitness and yoga classes. As a yogi, I love that there are two yoga rooms to choose from. There's a heated yoga room (85 degrees) and a hot yoga room (100/103 degrees). Both rooms offer a variety of styles (vinyasa, yin, power flow, restorative, sound baths). My absolute favorite part is that they have nice locker rooms with multiple showers, so I don't have to go home in my sweat soaked clothes after class. There are also 4 other group fitness rooms, including a Pilates reformer room, but I stay mostly on the yoga side. Used to be a lovely gym with consistent customer service. The nighttime crew really seems like they don't want to be there. There's a girl with bangs at the front desk who consistently has a terrible attitude. When I came back to ask for towels, she even said, "Why did you come back for towels?"--which is ridiculous, especially since I pay for VIP and towel service is supposed to be included. The gym itself is great, but after 3 PM you never know what kind of experience you're going to get at the front desk. read more

I have really enjoyed my experience at TruFusion. Every person that works at TruFusion is amazing. Their is a great variety of classes to choose from. I've had to switch back and forth between taking morning classes and taking classes in the evening due to my work schedule changing. There are great instructors in classes all throughout the day. I think the classes are challenging and fun. I look forward to going there every day. I I moved to Houston 10 months ago. I really am so glad I found Tru Fusion. i Love every class I take. I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to TruFusion! I visited through ClassPass and tried the Barefoot Bootcamp class. I thought the class was challenging and ideal for both beginners and those more advanced. The class included a combination of yoga and Pilates moves, as well as weights. The bad: Rush hour traffic at the Galleria - you will sit in miles of traffic to get to that Post Oak location the busiest traffic area in Houston. Doesn't have upgrades like instructional videos/monitors in the classroom demonstrating the workouts like F45 or Spenga would have. It's just a room with equipment and a single teacher. F45 (similar workout) does it infinitely better with video instruction at monitors while you work out at each station. Room has tall windows on one side with a sidewalk outside and it's a strip center / office plaza with other businesses all over. That was already kind of weird. Because of that there is no privacy (if you need that) people walking by can see you workout. Most modern gyms are windowless "boxes" for a reason (privacy). The ugly: Manager Danee not sure how to spell it was pretty snotty and impatient with kind of an entitled attitude. The good: They had a cleaning staff clean the equipment after the workout. Cleanliness was a plus. Other staff was nice. Variety of classes. One star. Overall: There are honestly just much better studios for a much better price without all the issues / traffic and garbage attitude. read more

TruFusion is a great group fitness workout. I'm currently doing the 15 day membership for $60. I've taken different classes with different instructors and I have to say that barefoot bootcamp is one of my favorites. I took this class with Tony, Shantraie and Zoe. Each instructor brought their own flair but today Tony had a killer playlist and SOOOO much energy. I knocked a star off bc the studio doesn't provide hand towels or towels for the shower. Also in my experience the instructors do not walk around class to correct your form. Overall, great studio if you are already familiar with equipment and moves and need a good cardio burn and/or versatile class options. read more

The staff is great and they remember you by name after just a couple of visits. Personally their mindful meditation and hot yoga classes have been my favorite classes so far. I loved the classes at Trufusion. They really helped me get back into shape. My review is strictly guided towards the GM Danae Skiba who was not willing to work with me in regards to studio policies. I initially placed my account on a two month freeze due to some scheduling conflicts at work. During this time I found out that I was pregnant and high risk. My doctor requested that I hold off on the classes until further notice. I then contacted the studio to go ahead and cancel the membership that was already currently on a freeze. Danae went back and forth with me over several emails as I pleaded to cancel with no charge stating that once the freeze was over she would have to bill me once more which is ABSURD because I wouldn't be able to use the classes due to doctors orders. She showed no empathy for my situation and I viewed this as money hungry because I know very well there's a way around this in the system if there is a special circumstance which is what I considered my situation. I was looking forward to retuning however the way she conducted her business was very distasteful. She didn't even try to work with me. If I'd had known the details of the freeze which the front desk didn't explain I would've just canceled in the first place to avoid all of this. This really put me in a bad mental space to have to go back and forth over $89! Sadly, I had to contact my bank to initiate a stop payment to resolve the issue on my own. read more

I came to TruFusion relatively new to yoga and a first timer for Pilates. This is by far the best gym I've been too. The instructors are all wonderful and makes any beginner feel very welcomed. Front desk staff are consistently helpful and kind. In yoga, I never felt pressured to hold positions I was uncomfortable with. The studio has a modern and chic design. They also keep the studio extremely clean. I brought my dad to his very first yoga class and he loved it. I only wish they had studios on the east coast so I could continue to go to the studio. I just started at TruFusion last week and my experience has been amazing so far! As someone who used to be frequently active/in the gym but has not worked consistently in the last 3 years I'll say that the classes are tough, but in a good way! You are definitely pushed and there hasn't been a class that I've walked out thinking "that was easy". Teachers frequently walk around and correct you which I appreciate as improper form can lead to injuries. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging and the teachers even send personal messages to you if you're a first timer in their class. Each teacher has taken the time to ask my name, which is difficult to find in larger class type gyms these days. I pay the monthly membership and for the price, you really can't beat what you get (unlimited access to classes). There hasn't been a class that I haven't liked, but the yoga classes have been my favorite so far. I haven't enjoyed working out this much in years and I'm so thankful I made the investment! read more
