If you want cheap go to Walmart or Target. I purchased a Bobcat ZTR mower that was not in stock. They sent a driver out to the distributor to pick it up and they prepared it and delivered it to my home within four hours. Be sure to negotiate the setup charge, especially if you're able to pay cash. Also, be patient as they can get quite busy and they like spending the necessary time with each customer. However, if you are pushy, impatient or rude, don't expect top shelf treatment.

We purchased a mower, with a full warranty, and have had multiple issues with it. The first time, after charging us a hefty fee for transportation, the mower was "fixed" but returned to us in poorer condition than when it went into the shop. The blades were not sharpened, even though we paid for this, and there were multiple random bolts in the cup holder as well as pieces falling from the undercarriage, presumably due to these bolts not put back onto the mower. While the mower did work, it did not work at full capacity as it should have, and did when it was first purchased. Today, the mower begun smoking & nearly caught fire, and is throwing a TON of codes. We called the business to ask to have it serviced/fixed, and were told that the transportation fee is now 2.5x the hefty fee that it was previously. When asking why this charge increased so drastically since our service 3 months prior, we were told that there was not an increase & that we needed to speak with the owner if we had a problem with the cost. We referenced our previous invoice, as well the copy on their end, to no avail. After waiting to speak with the owner, he was extremely belligerent about not wanting to pick up the mower for free, which we never asked for, and that he did not even want to service our mower there at all, but if we wanted it done the transportation would be at this drastically high price, for both there and back. Our biggest issue was nearly catching on fire, which the owner failed to even care about or address, and as we have been told during each call to this business, they do not want to do service, even though they sold us the equipment with a full service warranty. We now feel uncomfortable even taking the equipment to this location, as we are worried that it will be fixed incorrectly again resulting in potential injury/fires. I am unsure how to go about this issue, as our warranty that we paid for when purchasing the mower has now essentially been voided, and we will need to search elsewhere for a mechanic to help us with this immense safety hazard. I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing anything from this business. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.

The lawn between the curb and the street was also terrible and was blamed on too much sun (in April?) where the neighbors grass with NO lawn service was fine. I was told too much shade for some dead grass but no explanation where the grass received plenty of sun. They split seed my yard to fill in the dead patches but NONE of the grass grew. (old grass seed?) I believe the split seeder ran out of seed but the guy just kept going I planted a tree and put down my own grass seed and all of it grew with no problems. This summer I had DOZENS of 6 to 12 inch weeds and thistles in my back yard and the guy who put down fertilizer just ignored them. I had to kill all of them myself. It's November and I STILL have dozens of weeds throughout my yard. I would have recommend One Call Lawn Care in the past but now I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
