I had to call their costumer service number & they were able to connect me with a different doctor who actually answered my questions & helped me. I then had this doctor text my personal number unprofessional messages after I talked to corporate. At first it was they don't have the right to raise my limits to "they don't raise limits at this location" to "we have to ask the state" thankfully the new doctor I was set up with took care of everything for me easily. After the tests were complete, they wanted an additional $50 to sign the paperwork. This was after multiple appointments had to be made due to their incompetence and inability to run the tests properly, resulting in having to take time out of my day to return (multiple times) so they could get it done correctly. Then, after all that, and the tests are finally completed, they wanted $50 to sign the paperwork confirming the results of the tests (which was supposed to be part of the follow up). And now as I'm trying to get a hold of someone in the office, I can either speak to their AI "representative" (that cannot help me) or get forwarded to a mailbox that is full and get hung up on. The doctor who barely looked at me and signed me up. So you're asking me to pay you $150, the state $100, and $100 every six months.. to buy weed. Please jump into the nearest lake. Also for a month after I signed up they would not answer the phone. Not sure why. Had to call five locations to get someone to pick up. Places like this are just a temporary middle man until recreational is legalized. Making tons of money off of people who want to get high.
