I have shopped here a few times since they opened. The staff is always very helpful and they are knowledgeable on how to use the products and which ones are best for your needs. So the first time I went to them was very dissatisfied with one of their cart and figured I'd give them another try, thank goodness I did their flower is amazing! And they have these new mini buds same exact price for an eighth as large buds which I don't see a difference at all and was very very happy! I'll take the mini budds anytime. Customer service and education on their product could be Improved... Let's just say a lot! I knew more than any of the bud tenders behind the counter about the strains And when I asked about potency one of them look at me cross side one knew what he was talking about but they had to go on the Internet and look everything up no one knew what was the sativa or an Indica unless they looked at the packaging. Didn't get the memo? NOBODY DID! Trulieve just stole millions of $$ worth of discount value from their own "customer loyalty" program by quietly and without warning implementing a new policy of expiring LOYAL customer's loyalty points after 6 months. Except they took ALL my loyalty points instead. How many Trulieve customers are finding out this week that Trulieve quietly stole hundreds of dollars from them this week? There really needs to be a ZERO STARS option. EDIT: Trulieve replied claiming they notified everyone on 10/21/2021 (see their reply below) and the policy went into effect immediately. Does ANYONE have an email from Trulieve on or around 10/21/2021 explaining this new policy? Because I could not find one. EDIT: They now claim to have notified everyone through a post on their website. They send me 2 or 3 emails per day asking me to buy stuff, but to alert all their customers of such an important policy change like that their loyalty points are going to get taken away they MADE A POST IN THEIR BLOG ON THEIR WEBSITE???? The wait times are atrocious and they rarely stock back up on flower. I placed an order on Sunday at 12pm and they told me my order was ready at 6pm. They were closed, so I had to wait until the next day to get what I needed. The next day, I arrived and waited over an hour to be shown what I needed. The staff is extremely unhelpful and has no answers for how terrible their service is. read more

Very bad location. Wait times are 1-2 hour plus, even for pick-ups. Product is usually out of stock or very limited. Employees and management seem not to care about running a business and are dismissive. Very unsatisfactory. Product quality, when product is available, is good though. read more

First dispensary I visited after getting my card. Felt safe and secure going in and was pleasantly surprised at the very spacious, clean, professional and cool waiting area. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. All staff in back room were very helpful. Joshua took his time explaining everything to me since I was new to medical but not to regular. **update** Still very happy with the product/facility/help, but I wish that they actually knew what they were receiving on their shipments. It makes it harder to plan your purchases - especially if you have to wait in the waiting room to be taken, only to find out what you need is out of stock. They should have an option to ask prior to or to view inventory. Super clean and zen when you walk in - everyone there was SUPER helpful (from the front desk to the assistance who help you pick product) Highly recommend. read more

This is a very well-run medical dispensary. The staff is very pleasant, and even when they are busy they are super efficient. Trulieve also has lots and lots of flyers, brochures, etc. that explain all of their products/dosing by strain, which is ever so convenient! I have never felt rushed here by any of the Budtenders, which is important because us patients have A LOT of questions! William and Cassidy are always knowledgeable and friendly! It's also interesting to note that retail pharmacies and many physician's offices could learn volumes from Trulieve regarding what a "therapeutic environment" is. Thomas assisted me with my purchase and went out of his way to find a strain of flower I was looking for. He even noticed I had enough points to get another 10% off my purchase. this is by far the WORST location for this company. 1. the website NEVER reflects their inventory. 2. the security guard always says they are understaffed and the wait time is extra long.( if that's the case than hire more people) 3.they have lost my order not once but numerous times.(really disorganized) 4. and almost everyone there is in a bad mood (like they are over worked and don't enjoy being there) I'm done with this location. Literally waited 3 hours just so they can tell me they didn't have what I wanted. I called ahead, said they had it. Drove 30 mins there, walked in, wait will be 15 mins, 2 hours later I'm still there waiting. Waiting room was full, had to wait outside. Been coming here a while, won't be coming Back. They have the worst procedures and customer service I have experienced in a long time and they couldn't care less. I have my card to relieve my stress & PTSD. Dealing with this dispensary has caused me more stress than the medication relieves. I kept hoping they would improve but it has gotten worse. I placed an order on line. Later I received an email that my order was packaged. I was given a link allowing me to check in online. After checking in they showed a timer that I should be there in 20 minutes which was perfect because I was 20 minutes away. I also received a text that someone would invite me into the lobby when it was my turn. When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot. When no one came to get me, I went inside. Found out I was still supposed to check in when I arrived & that the wait once checking in was an hour & a half. Fuming, I left. An hour later I was told to call because they did not have what I order even though the email said my order was already packaged . After sitting on hold on the phone for over an hour so I gave up and went to another dispensary. After emailing them, I received no response at all. read more
