I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am in the general manager of this location. I have had…read moreissues at the 103rd Street location and reached out to this location for help since the general manager at the 103rd Street location was not willing to do anything to assist me. The general manager at this location promised me that she would escalate my concerns for a call back from the regional or district manager, but apparently she's completely lied to me over a period of several years. When I called her today she pretended like she didn't know what I wanted when I called and somehow forgot about all of the other contacts that we've had. I am absolutely shocked, as a licensed healthcare provider, how horribly this company and this general manager treat their patients. This location has done nothing to assist me and resolving the issue that I had with the other location, and I believe they've completely ignored and lied to me about how my previous request were being fulfilled and escalated to the district or regional manager. Curaleaf has demonstrated to me that they have no ethics or professionalism, but even more shocking is the fact that they don't have anyone to address these issues when they come up. They just ignore them. For years. So if anyone wants to demonstrate to me that Curaleaf actually cares about their patients, I'm sure you can pretty easily find my contact information along with years worth of notes from the consistent issues. This review is being written after the general manager hung up on me today. I will never go to Curaleaf again, but I'm pretty confident Curaleaf doesn't even care. They have been leading me astray for 3 years now clearly demonstrating their bad faith operations.

I'm usually a Trulieve customer, but heard this company was great, from my dr. He told me to try "Aphria", that they were a Canadian company coming to FL & merging locally. Most of the weed is grown in Alachua! & is all natural. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I almost like it better than Trulieve's. & their 500 mg cartridges r stronger! They're 74+ thc (compared to Trulieve's 600 mg cartridges at 54%) & the CBD oil is .4% (much of the time Trulieve's have no cbd oil at all-& it's very healing). & to top it off, the price is cheaper than Trulieve's. They give u $75 off of $150 purchase as a new customer. & their 500 mg cartridges are only $60 ($50 if u are a vet or have SNAP). I am very pleased.
