I always have my vapes delivered as I'm currently stuck in a wheelchair rehabbing from multiple surgeries. I am unable to visit the store. Ashton is always quick and extremely polite. Molly is great even took the time to explain how I could go a more affordable route with refillable products. Trish is always a rock star with her relatable stories. My dog Buddy absolutely loves her because she brings him dog treats! He was almost in tears when Molly came, even sniffing the bag, looking for his treats. I've had to smuggle his own treats if I know Trish isn't coming. It's my dogs world and I just live in it. HaHa. I couldn't be more happy with everyone who works there!! I am very happy that I decided to come here for a new supply and new equipment. My husband has been shopping here for several months so I decided to try it out. I was lucky to be the only person in the store so I was able to take my time and get exactly the set up and liquids I wanted. It is so clean and the atmosphere was very upscale but also welcoming. This shop has an upscale feel, with the music, and areas to vape and try different e liquids...also products are on display that can be handled (think cell phone store). This place really knows how to set the atmosphere for a vape shop. Everything is extremely clean and the employees are incredibly easy to approach. Their juice menu isn't the best, it's mostly house juice that isn't exactly made for sub-ohm builds. Great shop to stop in if you're a beginner to vaping and you're looking to kick the cigarette habit. read more

New Leaf is amazing and one of the best best vapor companies around, and this location is AWESOME. Their customer service is second to none! They are very knowledgeable about all of the products (tanks, mods, juices, etc.) and always answer any questions I have. They even go as far as helping you with your new setup and making sure you know how everything works like replacing coils. And the best thing is that they NEVER get annoyed at all when you want to try 30 different flavors! I feel like I'm an inconvenience when I want to try new liquids at other vape shops. I'm really happy I went to New Leaf. I quit smoking two years ago and have since become a huge fan of vaping. I saw a friend with an iStick and I inquired about it and he told me he got it at New Leaf. I went into the San Jose location the following week and I am so glad I did. Their products are good quality and provide a smooth and enjoyable vaping experience. Their blends are also really good. I recommend the "juicy peach." The staff is super friendly and helpful too. They will walk you through everything and explain all their products to you. This is a top notch company.
