Immediately upon walking in, I was met with rude service from the receptionist straight off the bat... She asked me if I had an account with them and I was not sure, she immediately gave me attitude about being unsure about having an account. I apologized and she said nothing to me... certainly an uncomfortable interaction. Hopefully her day gets better, sheesh. Then, I got an 8th of the "house" weed, which ran me 61$. INSANE price for an 8th, I guess that's what I get for going to a dispensary lol. The budtenders were very kind and approachable though. One extra star for the kind budtenders, but I don't think I will be doing business at this location going forward due to the uncomfortable service at the front desk and high prices. read more

I never been to Dispensary store here in Columbus before. Is so weird Is like if they only have 2 people inside, they only allow 2 customers inside. Once you walked, you checked in, and in the lobby, they will have you sit down, until one leave and they let another person go in, while I was in the lobby, I'm thinking wow, must be busy, and is my turn, I went inside I'm like s***....nobody in here. So, pretty much they like to serve the customers one on one, and they don't give you time to shop, like you go inside, you want to look at some products, the guy will be like can I help you? And he stay with you. I hate services like that, same goes to a clothing store or a shoes store, may I help you? No I'm just looking, but the sale person still staying with you watching you Wont be back read more

I arrived for an online order at 8:30, almost empty. 5 people waiting. They called a medical patient first, then refused to setup an account. Terrible service I will never go there again. Drive thru also closed early. Don't waste your time here there are better cheaper dispensaries with better hours and friendly people. read more

I've always had great service yes it can get busy at times but they are quick at getting through the lines and getting everyone out. I've had super nice people every time I went (I go almost every week), so I definitely recommend going here. its close, convenient and a friendly atmosphere. 10/10 read more

Earlier today I found an item that was 30 % off, I took a screen shot and drove over to Trulieve to pick it up. By the time I got there and checked in and got to the counter the discount expired. He asked the manager if she could honor the price, she said no. I took my money and left, prices there are too high already. Screwing you out of the discount is just salt in the wound! Going back to Michigan where they appreciate your business. read more

Now that recreational is legal, it... has zero effects on dispensaries. Chill yourselves. Be patient! I stopped in here late one day - and we discovered a problem with my card. They did what they could to get me in their system, while I called my doctor. Round two: super easy to come in, sign in, and get in (again, I was pushing it, arriving 30 minutes before close). Now the key with dispensaries is: budtenders that know what they're talking about. And the lady I worked with listened to me, what I was looking for, made suggestions based on what I was looking for WITHOUT being judgemental or condescending! She brought up some concerns about what I was looking for versus the effects of the purchase (incredibly helpful!) while recognizing that the effects can be a personal experience (you know how it goes, sometimes what you need is an experience that may be contrary to expectations). She made solid recommendations, had me rung up and out the door in like 25 minutes. As a "store" - it's pretty standard. They had a shelf inside but it didn't represent everything they had (I didn't pay a lot of attention to it, my budtender was there helping me with the all the details, and I didn't really need to check out their online menu, which was scannable out front). read more

Everyone from the guy upfront who helped us get started to the people in the back who were extremely patient helping me find something that would work to help me sleep while I am traveling away from home. This place is very slow. The staff can be condescending. When I run across this I leave the store almost immediately as you do not deserve my time or money. I see "the manager" replying to all these negative reviews about the same thing. Seems you're just blowing smoke getting back to putting down your customers and wasting their time. You can never right the wrongs in these reviews unless you offer compensation for our time and frustration. Your words are clearly meaningless and empty "manager". read more

They turned me away because they couldn't scan my Id. I had been going there for months unable to scan my Id. I don't have any problems at any other dispensary. Customer service was horrible by the manager and worker! Will never spend my money here. read more

I know many of the reviews mention long wait times, but in the past couple months of consistently visiting this location; there's been significant improvements. My husband and I always do online orders, which helps cut down the wait time. A nice girl with long brown hair and a cool rainbow scarf (I think?) around her waist helped me when I was picking up. I needed to add a battery for the carts I was buying and she took the time to bring the different options over to me and show me all of them. I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she was super helpful and easygoing. She's helped my husband before too and he's said the same :) sad this place has such low reviews. read more

Very slow, especially if you're recreational. You need a faster way of signing people up. I placed an order and went today only to stand in line for over 5 minutes while the only employee up front was trying to sign up a new medical user. I drove around to the drive thru but wasn't able to pick up there either. Let me know when you hire more people or find a way to pick up the pace. read more

Watch out for "Karen" (not her real name). My hubby went in for medical and he was explaining to the lady what he wanted. She said "sir, please stop waving your hands at me." He was talking with his hands and she was behind the counter, not even close to him. The amount came to $63 dollars and he asked for something cheaper because he had cash with him. She went and got something and rang it up and it came to $65. When he told her that is not what he wanted she started acting afraid, the typical I feel threatened approach. They have great products at a reasonable price but this person made it a very unpleasant experience. read more

Rec customers wait longer, watch med customers pass them in a long line outside Rec customers pay more in taxes, wait longer, and digital coupons with 30% 40% off storewide, read the fine print. 90% of coupons say medical only. This place treats rec users like 3rd class citizens while we pay more and wait longer. Rec customers... drive up north for excellent service, lower taxes if any, and be treated like a 1st class customer. read more

i was so excited to have a dispensary open close to home. we were there on a weekday so they were not busy at all. the registration took about 5 mins but once registered, another team member quickly escorted me back to the sales floor. it was nice and bright, with several registers on one side. i placed a pick up order so check out was very quick. overall, the vibes were really chill and the staff was helpful and efficient. read more

I hardly ever leave reviews but I'm super annoyed! I've been to the High Street location a few times and never had a problem. But went to the Westerville location and they had a deal that said 40% off 7-11 I placed my order this morning and came at 10:30 but the line was super long. I called and asked if I still had to wait if I had wait with an online order and the person said yes. I asked if my order would be fine etc, and he said yes. I can back and they said you had to pickup your order by 11 in order to get 40% off. It didn't say that anywhere on the site. The people who check you out were super nice and finally found where it said it if you scroll all the way down. My problem is I still had to wait a super long time even with an online order, and they need to be more transparent with their deals. I'm not one to argue and I still paid, but that's Super annoying that that wasn't make clear, and the person on the phone didn't state that when I called. This really kind of turned me off from the business, so I'll be looking for somewhere else to go moving forward. The plus is everyone was nice, and they do have good deals often. read more

Yesterday was my second visit to this Trulieve location -- or any other dispensary. The staff, particularly Rachelle (first visit) and Reagan (Rae), were exceptionally patient and helpful. I was a Saturday late-morning walk-in yesterday, and there were only pick-up customers before and after me. With three staff people in the sales area, Rae was able to take time to help me select the right product for my needs. Thank you for helping an old lady get a degree of migraine relief! read more

Very nice people the prices are wild but that's ok, what really sucks is when you pay for a order and they say they close at 9pm then your met at the door at 8:43pm saying I'm 1 min past and they can't help me?? Weird business practice. The website doesn't state anywhere they won't let you get your items if it's past 8:42pm but has no issue taking your money. I'd say just call your buddy like you did back in the day, save time and money he doesn't close at random hours lol read more

Keep going to your guy. These guys are slower than your boy that is "5 minutes away". This setup is way worse than any legitimate business of this type that I've been to. Prices aren't great but not terrible. As long as these guys do business like they do , the streets will stay in business. I left without making a purchase even though I had a pickup order. It's terrible. Communication is poor and the guy with the long hair and the skirt has a piss poor attitude. The rules are the rules but still have things posted on the door. Website doesn't say anything about it I checked when I left. Then on top of that instead of wanting to get better and take the feedback they got a reply for everything. Always understaffed. At least a 30 minute wait every time. Twice I've ordered online only to get to the store and have them tell me what I've ordered is out of stock. Deals can be good but prices are always ridiculous. Only come here if it's your closest option, otherwise every other dispensary in Columbus does it better. read more

The know me here I'm a regular. Sarah and the team are awesome! They make it right first time. They care about their customers experience because they are customers too. It's awesome better than north high street harvest location it's like a bank or a prison with smiling faces. The type of care? Medicine from your head to your feet lol and service with a smile. They are working on labels and packaging so be patient. It's not on them it's on whoever is sending it to them their hands are tied. I accept that. read more

40 min long wait for online order pickup while I watched other people come in and get served immediately. Would not go back.

Hours show open til 9. We called to confirm, they said that was correct. We were advised that they stop taking walk-ins at 845 but as long as we place an online order, we could still pick it up until 9. We arrived at 8:52 and were told that no, we could not pick up the order after 8:40 and the guy argued with us when we told him that we called and confirmed. We ordered an uber and were then told to leave the premises because "soliciting is not allowed." Awful customer service, would not recommend. read more
