These people are scammers! I signed up to have my mom's place treated on a monthly basis. In the almost year I have called to cancel their services do to no shows on their behalf. They will skip several months when they are supposed to be out there every 10 days. They don't call to cancel or reschedule. I called in November to terminate the services for this reason. I called again in December with each time being told that they will come out to inspect she still has a problem so we can terminate the services without an early termination fee. It is now Feb and they have yet to do that but continue to charge my card as well as not provide her services. I had to cancel my credit card and THEN I get a phone call threatening an early termination fee!!! They want to get paid but not provide their services nor hold up to their money back guarantee! Horrible experience. Was charged for lawn service for over a year for my sod to completely die. I had to call repeatedly to ask for advice and help and was told "we shouldn't of ever serviced this lawn to begin with". Managing partners came out to look at my lawn, I had to call and follow up because of their lack of response, excuses and bs. I started with Truly Nolan in March. Six months in, I still have ants and have seen more roaches inside my house than before treatment started. Today the technician was to come between 3-5 pm. I rearrange my schedule to be here at that time. He showed up closer to 5:30 with all kinds of excuses as to why he was late. The rain held him up, the time frame should have been 4-6pm (if that was the case I wouldn't have agreed to the time slot), etc. He claimed to have sent me text that he was on the way but the text was never received. On other service calls, I've gotten a phone call with the technician was running late because he likes to take the time with each customer and doesn't want to rush it. I am tired of all the excuses and reasons why the technician can't be here within the two hour window. I can't wait for my contract to be up so I can switch to a more reliable service provider. read more

I contacted Truly Nolen in February for what I reported seemed to be evidence of termites. The inspector told me I had no termites. I purchased at that time, only an extermination service plan because they said no termites. Then in July, I reported that I saw further evidence of termites. When they came back out, the inspector reported yes, I did have them. Not only that, but apparently I had the "bad" ones (subterranean) and needed treatment asap. When I asked if it could wait 2 weeks while my family was on vacation, I was told no - it was that serious. I now also have wall damage to the very wall I pointed to in February when I first reported the issue. I also have had 6 months of exterminating services with NO improvement in the roach problem. I do NOT recommend this company for any service. They completely missed the termites and now I have to get a GC to determine the damage and I have to pay for those repairs because they are not offering to assist at all. They only gave me a small discount on my termite treatment which I accepted only because I could not get another company to come out quickly for the emergency treatment I needed. I also now have to pay a different exterminator to do extensive fumigation for the ongoing roach issue. Go elsewhere for your exterminator services. read more

Worst Pest control company. They jus want to charge and the service is terrible. They don't use good product. After month calling for same problem(roaches they never solve the problem) I just switch to another company and I don't have more roaches in my house. I call to cancel the service over the phone, and they are charging my credit card without authorization. When I dispute the credit card transaction, now they are sending statements with open balance ( I am not paying anything for terrible service). I call Today to cancel the service again and now they said that they need to ask the manager for authorization. Please don'r use this Company, they steal money from customers. read more

In a few days I will get my 8th treatment for ants in my home by Truly Nolan. Thats 8 treatments in about 45 days. There has been little to no change in the ant infestation. I still have to vacuum the two problem bathrooms at least twice daily. I'm starting to have my doubts about there ability to rid homes of pests and rodents. read more

I noticed some small bugs in a rental unit I own. I called Truly Nolan and requested device the same day since I was about to fly north. Truly Nolan had Zach come out to spray cracks and crevices and set traps in the bathrooms, kitchen, and closets. Zach also spayed door jambs and window frames from the outside. J Boney was back again yesterday for emergency service. We saw 2 bugs in the house on Thursday, called on Friday and he was here at 9am on Saturday. J called 30 min before he arrived. J serviced the entire house and will be back on Friday for the normal service. J is always polite and respectful, he tells us what he is doing to protect the house from the intruders and what we can do. We purchased a home in 2020 and used the Nolen service based on a recommendation. We have had to have them back a few times due to spiders. We arrived in our part time home only to find the lanai infested with spiders, I've spent the better part of 2 days spraying an cleaning up. Why? Because when you call the Cape Coral FL. office you just get VM and no one calls you back? The service has been sketchy when we call although we were promised the world when we signed up. Inside service was not a priority to them and we have home watch that can admit them when we are away. I contacted them to schedule an estimate and service. They required a credit card to "hold" the reservation. I was extremely reticent to give my information, but I did so on request. I was told my card would absolutely not be charged until after the service was provided. After looking around, I called to cancel the appointment 2 days before the scheduled date. I was told not to worry, my credit card information would be deleted. I just looked at my card transactions, and guess what was there!?? A full charge for a service that I cancelled with ample time, and that was NOT provided. When I called Ishmael made excuses... The billing department did it, lack of communication, etc... Not okay. Had I not gone to Citibank to make a payment, I would not have noticed this fraudulent charge. Do not use this company. Overpriced and cheating company. I called the representative to either price match the quote from another company, or cancel my service, and give me callback, but he did nothing. They still send techs to do the quarterly service without me knowing about, and leave a service charge of $105. I called multiple times and finally put their manager Chris on the call. He is rude and impatient, and keeps saying since the service is done, I have to pay. Why would I pay for unsolicited service? It's your man's fault not canceling my service. XX you, Chris. Stay away from this company and their cheating manager Chris. I'm not going to contact any one from Truly Nolen, since the experience with Chris was extremely disgusting. Don't pretend you want to fix your relation with your customers, it's useless. You should teach your employees how to do things right at first. If you're looking for a company with knowledge integrity and stands behind their word and product, this is not it Run stay clear from this company. My experience has been a nightmare from the beginning, and the hits keep coming even after canceling their service. Trying to get to a manager or someone if authority is near impossible. Their call center is horrible I'd make appts and no one would show up only to find out from Betsy( She was a lady that worked in the local office) that it was never conveyed to their office. She then had me calling her directly since this was happening often. She is no longer with the company. Seems like no one cares as long as they get your money. After hiring them, I started battling red ants in my home for over a year. I finally bought my own stuff and was able to get rid of them myself and have not seen them back at all. In my initial consultation, Lewis was sent to my home while he was here I showed Lewis droppings I had started to see on my counter coming from the side of my cabinet by my over the stove microwave and asked if this could be termites eggs or something. he assured me no, it definitely is not termites. I asked what it was, and he wasn't sure, but definitely not termites. I also mentioned/showed the techs that came in my home over the time I had service the same droppings that kept happening. well, fast forward. Almost 2 years later, I had a swarm one night in my kitchen consulted and found out yes indeed they are termites and what I had been showing the truly nolan staff is frass aka termite poop. So ironically recently finally got a return call from James manager in Brandon He called apologizing for not getting back to me sooner excuse excuse excuse(granted I had called several times the past year b4 canx requesting to speak to mgr with no return call) This had spoken volumes to me that they do not care about their customers. He came out about a week or so ago and looked and confirmed termites with lots of excuses, including that Lewis was new at the time and no longer with the company. Well, that is not my problem. my problem is that I thought I was contacting a professional, knowledgeable company that I could trust. James was checking with Larry and the fume guys as he put it and was going to get back to me. in true TN ways still no result answer getting back to me other than a email attachment after several tries eplaining vikane and fumigation. I can appreciate that Lewis was new, but at the same time then he should not have confirmed they were definitely not termites and should have said he was not sure,Let me get another opinion. The termites obviously came with my kitchen cabinets when I remodeled and would have been covered under the cabinet warranty had it been properly diagnosed back in sept of 2021. Also, I'd think all the techs that came through my home would have some sort of knowledge of frass. I later found out that some of the other info Lewis the salesman from TN, lied to me. Me being the nice person I am gave them so many chances before finally canceling. There is more but too much to type.
