It's close to the Key West Bight Marina, harbor walk, the docks, and the ferry and bus terminal. They have a little bit of most everything there; tons of snacks, refreshments, ice, ice cream, sunscreen, they even have a few Key West souvenir trinkets, along with many of your basic convenience store items. The service is excellent. Employees are always nice there, very friendly and professional. The one thing I have noticed is that their prices are high and keeps going up, but when comparing their prices to other convince stores in Key West... lets just say competitive. It's not the Dollar Tree. One big grip I have is that the price of many of the items are not listed on the item or shelf, leaving you to just wonder if you want to buy or not without having to take to register to find out what the price actually is.

Stopped in today Nov 26th at 10:30 am. The guest in front of me was wanting gas but didn't know the…read morepump number. when he got the front the little Spanish guy at the counter, let's call him "napoleon", told the customer "next time be more prepared, figure it out and come back when you're ready" the patron then said no need to be rude then napoleon proceed to berate him and made no attempt to help the guy locate the pump numbers that i agreed were hard to see. I stepped in to say, yeah man, you're being a bit of a jerk, just be nice!. He then told me, since I chimed in I should mind my own business and that he wasn't rude. I tried to reason with Little Napoleon even asking how he would feel if the roles were reversed and it's not that hard to just be nice to people. But Mr Bonapartes ego prevents him from such thoughts. I think our tiny friend needs a little slice of humble pie, and a new job not working with the public. I will note that the guy running the chicken counter was obviously bothered by the cashiers behavior and tried to step in and help the guy.

Happened to me and to a hand full of other costumers on the same day. When I asked for reasons they dismissed me and acted like I was an annoyance to them. They refuse to provide any information on the store manager or how to contact said manager. Still waiting for my money to be refunded. This happened more than 10 days ago.
