The service is excellent. Employees are always nice there, very friendly and professional. It's not the Dollar Tree. I've never had a problem with any of the other employees, they're very nice. I hope management looks into it because everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of respect.

When it was time to pay, I discovered the machine was credit card only. The self-checkout attendant canceled my transaction and told me to move to the other cash lane. That meant I had to unbag all of my groceries and rescan every single item. It was a frustrating and unnecessary inconvenience. I suggested that the misleading "Cash" sign be removed from the machine, but she replied that people sometimes pay with credit cards. That completely misses the point. If a register is marked as a cash lane, customers should be able to pay with cash. Clear and accurate signage is important and could have prevented this entire situation.
