Based on the description of our property over the phone, he provided an estimate of what monthly, bimonthly or quarterly service would cost. James arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment time. He was very respectful and courteous. While he was here, he removed all of the cobwebs around our property and treated everything. In the end, he charged us only half of what he estimated, as he explained this price was more accurate for our size of property. In our area there is a lot of building and because of this there has been a lot of little critters and rodents. The gentleman took the time to ask if there was an area that I didn't want sprayed. We have ants in Canyon Crest and have used one of the larger companies for years. Each summer We would have issues with ants and would have the company come out at no extra charge to respray...but we would battle with ants and the company each summer. After 15 years we switched to Trupest. James came out treated our property and gave me the same line as the large company...If the ants return just give us a call and we will respray for free. The difference has been Trupest has never had to come back out to respray. James comes out every months treats the property and We don't have ants or spiders!
