Also the windshield i got installed was cracked at the bottom didn't notice it until I got home. This was two days ago so I will be replacing that again soon. On Monday, June 5, 2023, at approximately 10:45 am, we found the back driver's side window was busted out of our 2016 Ram 1500. Called the police and had a report made. My husband found Trushield Auto Glass and he talked with Deandre. My husband and Deandre agreed to an appointment time. We went to TruShield Auto Glass. The place is so clean. Deandre replaced the window and the 1500 looked like nothing ever happened to the truck. Deandre even cleaned all the broken glass out of the truck. We were going to clean it when we got back home. Dre is very unprofessional and rude in regards to how he treats his customers. He definitely shows one side of himself which is good up until you have a challenge or an issue with the work. He does not honor the guarantee he states to put behind the work which is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. He has very bullish behavior when it comes to saying what he is NOT going to do when he has not provided a satisfactory job. One of the services I received was tint which had many imperfections. He told me that I should be satisfied because there is no such thing as a perfect tint job, even walked me to the back to show me the imperfections in his truck saying it's normal. After I refused to accept a less than satisfactory job, he refused to redo the job and told me he will remove it instead and would refund me because he doesn't feel like doing all of that work. After the tint was removed I noticed many more imperfections in the glass. Some of them were noticed right away and some you can see or see better in certain lighting so they were noticed over time. I did return promptly on two occasions. Same experience. At first Dre seemed reasonable but as I continued to challenge him on fixing the job to my liking he began asking me about my personal life, if I am in a relationship, further stating I am bossy so he is sure I don't have a man. I asked him what does that have to do with anything but again he wanted me to accept what he was willing to do no more no less. He did repair some scratches but some were still there just lighter and not as noticeble. He got frustrated and told me I was giving him a hard time and I expected everything to be perfect. I am confused on why I shouldn't expect a repair I am paying for to be perfect? He refused to to do anything further while I continued to let him know some things needed to be addressed. He told me I had a lifetime warranty and to come back some other time. I regrettably waited some months to return because I was very intimidated by his behavior. I also thought if some time passed maybe his behavior would change. I returned and still the same attitude. I have pictures and text exchange from the very first issue I've had. There is a long scratch on my windshield that he refuses to fix. There are several other small scratches that he never fully removed but I am more so concerned about the larger one. He is now saying this may have happened over time. SMH. You can tell this is like an embedded scratch. It's not a chip or anything like from a rock. He told me he will charge me labor to fix the scratch is the only way he will fix it. I asked him why would I pay for something I've been complaining about since the night I brought it home. I have photos and videos that I sent to him to review. Again some things he fixed, some things he fixed but not properly and some things were not fixed at all. He asked me why it took me so long to come back is the reason he is not going to fix it even though I called him just a couple days prior explaining this entire scenario over the phone and he told me he was happy to look at it the following Monday however I also explained to him that I have came back twice in which both times he bullied me off that property. I have written an email as well to the contact instructions on the website. I have not received a reply to date. I waited some time honestly as well because I do not want to deal with this man by myself and because he kept screaming lifetime warranty I took my time going back. I brought it back again and the same attitude was given. I unfortunately had to involve law enforcement so that this series of events can be properly documented with his refusal to properly fix my glass. He was unprofessional to them as well ! I do not recommend this business and I write this after more than 3 attempts at allowing him to get this right. I was told several things including the shape of my windshield makes the tint difficult to put on. There is no such thing as perfect tint and several bubbles throughout are normal. When I told him my previous tint was done in Florida, he said OH, well; that's why! They are the best at tint! Like huh? What does another location have to do with anything? If you do good tint, you do good tint. I was also told that glass can get scratched during delivery. Which is fine, I just want it to be repaired and I shouldn't have to pay labor again for something you didn't properly fix the first time. read more

Brought car in at 10am..was told would be ready in 3hrs..I called and was told they needed more time..ended up being at store until 430pm..so 6.5 hrs..terrible àcommunication..Then when car was returned had black dust all over the inside. I would have gien it a 0 star but could not.went in to get my drivers window back up, first thing I said was just get it up ok he said, so he drove my truck to the rear I was there over and hour and a half that should have been a flag! when they brought it back around he told the person behind the counter $297.00 mind you he did or have not told me anything.I go to the counter I ask why was it so much? he said they put a resonator or something on it and slid the credit car machine over to me. How did he know if I even had $$297 I also did not receive and invoice stating the repairs, I called them about the invoice stating what they had done now thats a whole nuther story! cause I am still steaming because I ask why you never give invoices showing repairs all othe shops do, thats when he felt insulted, and I was tempted to reprimand the young fella! do you always call your customers Bro? go somewhere else where you are appreciated by being a customer oh and they left all the screws out of door when I got home pulled on door the whole panel fell off lord help me I need your comfort! read more

Rear window was broken at the Westin buckhead, probably happens often because it's the worst parking deck in Atlanta, pipes everywhere. Buuuuut, Trushield came through in a hurry, booked an appointment and they were done in 30 minutes, great guy, quick service. I highly recommend them. read more
