The team at Heritage are wonderful. If you read the previous reviews, you would think that this establishment was difficult and not a place of their word. I have used them indirectly 2x and the work was perfect and returned on the day as promised. My recent experience was through insurance uning Geico all in 1 stop service. This was the best experience for a stressful event. Mark the manager and his team are caring and compassionate. They remember their work and customers. They treat you like family. You are updated and the Geico adjuster worked hand & hand. I left stress free. Went in on Monday and work was completed on Thursday. Thank you Team. read more

I will recommend not going here at all! Terrible repairs , unprofessional tech. Doesn't even know how to check over there work before a customer come! By saying all of this, my car body parts don't line up correctly loose part missing pins and bolts! Also customer service never gave me a heads up on my car to see where they were at on a daily! My battery was drain . Also they told me false information by saying my head light was blown which was not when I came to get an estimate I check to find out the bulb wasn't even plug up! Heritage Collision Center is the most unqualified Collision Center I have EVER encountered. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK. Not a month later and not a year later. I have had problems with the extensive work performed on my car since I picked it up from them. Steve is the most condescending individual I have ever had to do business with. He had my vehicle over 30 days on a repair that was supposedly only going to take 6 days. I went in to finally pick up my car and there was a big scratch on the new paint job on the front bumper. He then says oh I don't know how that got there. One of the other guys from the shop must have did it. Really did you even inspect my vehicle before calling to say that it's ready, he does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for anything. I left it there they repainted that area, he never apologized for the inconvenience. That should have been a RED FLAG!!!! The work wasn't done correctly, I called Steve to tell him the car doesn't stop on an incline it continues to roll. He told me to take it to the service department and I did. They charged me for the diagnosis $119.00, Yes you read that right. That was the first time. I called him again with another problem from the work he did on my vehicle over a $5000.00 job, agaIn he told me to take it to the service department. The service department never could find anything wrong with the vehicle in connection to the work that was completed. I felt comfortable with the information coming from Sonny my advisor in the service department, I have always trusted Sonny. Fast forward a couple of months. I had my car in about the stopping again and was recommended that I have brake suspension repair, master cylinder replacement and lower bushing replacement all of which they had just repaired and replaced a few months back. They did an entire over haul of my suspensions on my car $1807.00 to be exact. I told them the Collision Center had been paid for all of those things. After I showed them the detailed receipt showing where they completed the work they stated, oh the technician that diagnosed my car changed his mind and said I didn't need those things done again, Wow Really. I really liked the service department not the Incompetent Collision Center, so I continued taking my car there for service, but I came to realize anytime I had a concern or issue about anything to do with the previous work they just wasn't going to accept responsibility for not doing the work correctly. My car continues to roll back and not stop like it should as well as still riding very rough. I came to terms with it being that way and decided the next time I had an issue with the stopping or riding rough I will just take it to another Cadillac Service department to have the car repaired. And that's what led to this review, I took my car to another Cadillac Service Department due to the nonstopping and the rough riding only to receive a diagnosis that I needed the left and right bearings replaced and it would cost $1000.00. I called my husband to get the okay and he said you already had that work done at Heritage, I said oh my god my head began to throb at that point. Knowing I then had to deal with Heritage Collision Center and Steve once again, I was hoping he no longer was there. I called and explained to Steve the findings, he asked why did they say I needed the bearings replaced in a negative way, I told him he could ask them. Again his attitude towards women is unacceptable. This was on Monday he stated he would pick my car up from there. I received a call on Thursday from them saying ma'am your car is still here. That's when I called Steve back he wasn't in and I spoke with Art the manager. Art was professional he took my information and researched for himself the work that was done and had Steve call me back, he stated he was going to pick my car up finally. After he picked up the car, he called me later that day and wouldn't you know he stated my car DOES NOT need the left bearing that they had replaced it only needed the right bearing the one in which they did not replace. Again I was just over him, coincidentally the left bearing was ok. Now the other Cadillac Service Department are the ones who gave me the diagnosis. He stated they could do the repair for $600.00 I said really. I don't think so, I'm now waiting on his call with the verdict on the faulty suspension work that is a result of the repairs they did. And yes I replaced the brakes like they recommended after I complained about the car not stopping. So here we are, they have my car I'm in a rental due to the car being unsafe to drive. The service advisor stated the wheels will come off while I'm traveling. How safe is that??? and Steve asked if I was coming to get my car. I told him NO and do what with it. It's unsafe to even operate. I will update this review after I speak with him today. read more

Not a SUPPORTER of Military & Veterans) Heritage Collision only recieved 1 star because I had to select (1) other wise they do not deserve any. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! For this Auto Body shop to be a General Motors Certified Shop, their repair work is substandard. The entire Staff in the Collision Center has had a major turn over. WHY??? None of the employees are left there from 2012/2013. That is not normal. They do not honor their warranty they give to you with a certified number!! Beware of the lies that the Service Manage Greg tells you. He makes racist comments indirectly in your face! His other staff member (Angel) tell you one thing then tell Greg they said another to you; Very unprofessional. The Service Manager Greg will not return your phone call!! You can only speak to him through certified return receipt letters! They take over 2-3 months to diagnose your vehicle. Once they do the work, They do not tell you what parts have been substituted on your vehicle until after the repairs have been done, and you are coming back with a problem. They (Greg & Service Asst Staff Angel) lie to the Insurance Apraiser with what they have told you. The Body shop performs unethical, illegal and immoral practices. Your vehicle may look good when you drive off, but don't return to Heritage with a problem, You will be disappointed!! read more
