It took me forever to get an appointment then when I did and got my car back it worked fine for a couple days again I had to take the car back and now it needs a new engine. Like uh Chris I wasn't that's why I got the car. They will take your money quick ! But when you need a prob fixed they are very rude that your upset and treat you like shit. Maria she did help me get an extension on a payment which is pro getting a car with them. And Carlos hooked me up with bomb insurance that's not a lot which is also a pro. Now if I would've got better service and my car worked fine or let's say My car didn't work fine but they fixed it without being rude and also set me up in something for the mean time or at least like gave me a discount orSOMETHING at least I would've been just fine. Like getting a new engine is fine and I'm very thankful I didn't have to pay for it even with my warranty being over (which is another pro) and all but them having to keep my car was a big set back on my bills how I make it to work and how I make my extra money to survive. I wouldn't have to go through any of this if they didn't sell me a car that had problems already. I would say everyone was awesome and honestly they were up until my car started having issues. And they prey on people that don't know a lot about cars. I was eager to get into one and they helped me out forsure to get into one. The battery and alternator of the car went bad in under 2 months after buying car. Now when I contact them after I noticed the difference in parts, they dismiss my concern and they don't even remember the date i bought car from them. Dismiss everything and won't take any responsibility. Body work is not the best as well. I've already spent $700 on battery and alternator and car still has $3k worth of work to be done.

I called Rodrigo at az best auto right away(same day I brought the car home!!) explaining what happened and he ensured me he would take care of it, given I had just drove off their lot with this car several hours earlier. I assumed he would be bringing me a new battery but he literally never once called back. As I needed a car, hence the reason I bought it, I had no choice but to go to autozone and get a new battery for $200. I continued to reach out over the course of that week and was told every time that Rodrigo was on the phone or with a customer and he would call me back. I got nothing from him. Since I couldn't get any response, I texted him telling him that I had to purchase a new battery because the one they gave me with the car was bulging and not charging or jumping. Hoping for a refund or something, right?! All he had to say was "I'm glad you got it figured out. How was your Valentine's Day?" Completely inappropriate and irrelevant. I never responded. I then had an estimate done on the repairs for the vehicle which I knew there would be repairs, however, the estimate of nearly $6,000 was alarming ....as that is most of the cost of the vehicle! That I'm still making payments on, mind you. Long story short, I wouldn't trust this place, but if you must get a vehicle like I did, and have bad credit (because they swear they'll work with you, but don't let them run you because of that, like I did!) you definitely need to take someone with you who is knowledgeable about cars and will be straight up with you about whether or not to proceed with a purchase, what to demand they fix before you buy the car, etc. DO NOT GO ALONE IF YOURE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THESE THINGS!! And you CAN tell them that you want to drive the car to your trusted repair shop for an evaluation and estimate on repairs right then and there during the test drive! I didn't know this and it would have saved me so much headache and money! My best advice I could give is to never go here, or any used car dealership, by yourself as a vulnerable woman. Always take someone who is going to be straight up with you about what is/could be wrong with the car you're checking out. And always barter price! This place got me for over $8000 for a 2007 Honda Civic with 147,000 miles, bad struts and busted up bottom from dragging on the ground, hitting speed bumps/potholes due to being lowered way beneath stock height. They were completely unwilling to work out a fix for any of these things!! But they sure did get my down payment. Smh

We didn't end up making the deal and he refused to give back the $500 saying it was non refundable. NEVER letting me know prior to sending the money. Efrain was extremely unprofessional and rude with condescending remarks of "this is the real world". As a female business owner I would never speak to someone like this grown man spoke to me. Again I would NEVER buy a vehicle from these people and NEVER send a deposit. SCAMERS!
