Got a cracked windshield. Car is advanced with lane departure, collision warning and rain sensing. Freddy checked to make sure the sensors were working before he started replacing it. 45 minutes later it's done and my sensors work as before! He guaranteed it before he started it! He cost more than the next guy but he is fast and knows what he is doing! The other guy told me I'd have to get my sensors recalibrated and a 2 hour job. It might have worked out and they might just want to cover their butts, but why risk the hassle and potentially more expenses? The windshield replacement here literally means they'd ONLY do that. It's not their problem when molding has be broken to replace windshield. 2. Apparently, molding needs to be taken off to replace windshield. My driver's side molding was not broken but the installation (putting molding back to where it was) was a joke. 3. You get what you pay for: $310 for windshield replacement ONLY. The technician did offer to install new molding free of charge, however, he asked me to buy parts on eBay myself. I really don't know about those 5 stars experience but how I would know what to buy?! I don't want to go back to there for "free molding installation" because I don't play games anymore. In fact, I learned it from another service that I bought wrong parts on eBay..

If I could give a million stars I would! Freddy was not only prompt in getting me the best quote while I was multitasking at work, but he was available with in an hour and did not disappoint what so ever. I drive over 100 miles on my commute daily and that means rocks/damaged are eventually going to happen. I had 2 rocks hit my windshield with in a month span of time that lead to 2 giant cracks! Gave me the best quote I could find in the 5 stores I contacted, and free service to drive to my location. Person I spoke to was very nice, was able to come and replace my windshield after 3 days. Had only 1 of my car windshield left, but told me it had been slightly damaged in storage, was able to get it in stock and replace after an extra day delay.
