The problem is that they run through a call service. The number the arborist/estimator contacts you from is a no response text. My husband and I weren't happy with the total outcome of the job and wanted someone to come and look at it. Called twice was told the first time the arborist would be there the next day to look at it. He never showed or called. Called again days later. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!

One hangs his vest on a tree and lights a cigarette. The other climbs the fence into the neighbors yard and takes a seat on their picnic table to start texting. There doesn't seem to be a clear directive or goal. They've been in the neighborhood for over a week now. I understand they've been hired to clear trees near power lines but what an overwhelming waste of man power, money, and time. They ignore you, very few seem to speak fluent English as I tried a few times to express my dissatisfaction and request some kind of explanation. Worst of all the seem to be their loudest when my children are down for nap time. I feel violated, disrespected, and furious that this is happening and there appears to be nobody who can answer for it. I live in the Southern Chester County PA area and I was on my way to work this morning (using 322, Rosedale Ave, 202) and your workers where cutting down trees. Which is fine, except that they have to have known that it is a major road and the exact time a day that hundreds of workers are trying to commute to their jobs. And you workers cannot even direct traffic on the one lane road correctly. They chose a lane and allowed that lane to stay open for almost 30 minutes even though there weren't any cars coming through! They then decided to finally let the lane that I was in go and they let literally 6 or 7 cars through before they closed the lane again. They even trapped several cars in the middle because none of your workers are talking to each other about where the flow of traffic is! It is absolutely unacceptable that this is happening and has continued to happen on several roads for weeks. I do not understand your worker's inability to communicate properly, and flip a sign. They should just be fired if they cannot do their jobs correctly. It does not make any sense that these problems are happening. Your company needs to make sure that the staff's working abilities are on point; especially when you're going to work on some of the busiest roads, during the busiest times of the day!

He arrived a little late with his truck and small crew but went right to work and did the whole job in just 3 hours. I had expected a lot of chainsaw noise but they did a lot of cutting with handsaws, using the power tools mostly to cut up and grind the wood. Very impressive work and a great personality. Friendly and straightforward and very professional.

We had a very, very large tree in our yard, which was too close to the house. The tree was 30-40…read morefeet tall, with half a dozen very large extensions growing out of two massive trunks. In addition, its massive roots were exposed, taking up a significant portion of the lawn. I received three estimates from highly rated tree service companies and decided to select Willow Tree. I selected Willow Tree because of the quick response, professional opinion and thorough explanation of the removal process, and the price - they came in with the lowest estimate. They came out on the scheduled date, and we watched in amazement as they methodically took down this incredibly large tree! It was such a professional job - they had their own crane, wood chipper, numerous trucks and equipment. It was impressive to say the least. They removed the tree in one day - then returned and removed the massive stump and root structure. The result - a beautiful, smooth looking area that you would never know a tree had been there!
