The guys that came were friendly, but I have had several comments about the carpeted rooms smelling of dog, however i added the deodorizer to my cleaning to make it smell fresh and clean. I have also since made my own cleaner and scrubbed the carpets there were several large stains left, I got more of the stains out than they did. I feel like I wasted my money. My realtor was here for pictures the day after the cleaning and she noted it didn't smell like it was cleaned at all. I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and it was amazing what they got cleaned out of my carpets, I am very disappointed.

After getting quotes from two other companies I thought I would need a second mortgage to replace my unit plus all the extras that I "needed" to go along with it but Savage heating and cooling not only quoted me less on the unit than both the other companies but told me that some of the other things did not really need to be replaced and the parts that did were also significantly cheaper!!! Ed serviced our HVAC unit, and he was very knowledgeable and careful and found some burnt wires and probably saved our home from much bigger problems. If you haven't had your dryer vent cleaned in a while or ever, I would highly recommend it as ours was so jammed up the clothes were taking longer to dry and that in itself could've caused a fire and bigger problems than just paying to get it cleaned.
