I called Grays and was told that they were closed but that the owner was going to be there all day, so if we showed up he'd do what he could for us. When we showed up he came right out took a look at the van and told us exactly what he could do for us, to get us on back on the road ASAP. Fixed the problem and we were on our way. They charged her a small fortune. It had to come back for a few times to be "fixed". She ended up having to pay another shop to do the work Evolution had claimed to do but actually didn't even open up the transfer case (confirmed by the next shop manager hat actually DID rebuild it) and the work was done on the trans was faulty. Evolution (or Transfix ) the old name, has been given many chances to fix this but refused. DO NOT GO HERE I wish i could rate lower that one star. You guys should be ashamed. Ripping off the elderly. I do hope carma find you sooner than later.
