Wow I just have to share my experience with Three Sisters Automotive Frankly I'm still shaking from it I called and made an appointment for servicing my truck I made the appointment with Jorge, the owner, last week He told me to come in at 2:30 today, stating no need to arrive before then because it was going to be a busy day Upon arrival at 2:30 the only employee told me I was late for my 2 o'clock appointment and that he couldn't provide the service (there were no cars being worked on in evidence) He gave me the number to contact the owner when I said this was unacceptable I phoned the owner, to see if he could work this situation out, and then waited, again until the employee came out and said that he could do my truck at 5:00 PM and to return at 5 I said that would be fine and I returned at 10 to 5:00 PM to an empty business I called the number that I have been given to reach Jorge to ask if perhaps the employee would be returning at 5 o'clock And he very sharply informed me that no, I was to be told that the work would not be finished until after 5 o'clock. The employee told me to return to have the work done at 5 o'clock. The rudeness in which this was communicated to me, blows my mind, for a business servicing local customers in a small town I'm trying to imagine if language barrier might have been an issue, but it was not with the employee No excuses for treating me, a former customer, this way! I needed an oil change and the Owner Jorge is generously doing it for me plus other things that I didn't want to have to pay the dealership big bucks $$$ for.--like the hanging plastic that L. Schwab wouldn't and the dealership, well. George fabricated a solution and no more hanging plastic! George also told me I should rotating my tires which he is now out there doing for (Free). Awesome, Awesome man/person/mechanic--Jorge's mission statement is most assuredly "I really cares about people, customers and Sisters! Another great experience with 3 Sisters Automotive. My RAM was showing a check engine light. I looked at the OODB code, and OK, I it could be 3 things. 1) I could find the part myself (for cheap), do it myself. 2) I could find the part myself and MAYBE do it myself. And 3, GULP, I want nothing to do with this. My RAM has a lifetime unlimited warranty, but Lithia in Bend was scheduling a month out. I'm leaving on a road trip in 2 days! So I call 3 Sisters and told them my issue. "Well, it could be several things, but we had a cancellation this morning so if you can drop it off in the next hour, we'll take a look. And I did. And they did. And it was "Door #1". They got the part, installed it, did it super quick, and made it right. For a mere pittance in $$$. They literally could have charged me anything and since I was in a hurry, I would have happily paid it. But they were honest. These days, trust and honesty are rare and elusive quantities - Danny is tops! read more

I can't thank these guys enough. Our car lost power outside of town on a long holiday weekend. Luckily, we were close to where we needed to be, but now what? The other shops were closed and/or didn't pick up. Danny picked up my call. He said they were booked and couldn't guarantee being able to fix it due to their limited bays, but based on what I described, they would take a look once we towed it in. Not only did they diagnose the issue, but Danny managed to get the part, stayed late to install it before the weekend, and got us back on the road so we could leave town as planned. All while keeping us informed and letting us know the cost along the way. Definitely went above and beyond. We are so happy to have found a solid shop with excellent service in central OR, as we visit the area often. read more

I wish I could give 3 Sisters Automotive 10 stars! My family was in Black Butte and were returning to Portland the next day when my right front tire suddenly started thumping. My son and I examined the undercarriage and tire and found nothing. It was after 5 pm so I left a message at 3 Sisters. They called me back and 7:45 am next day and said come right in. I drove to Sisters and they drove the car and put it on the lift. Within 20 minutes, in came the technician and he said "good news, you have a bolt in your tire and that was what was thumping." They sent me to a tire store to get it repaired. Despite giving me their time and expertise and quickly diagnosing the problem, they absolutely REFUSED to charge me for their time. I was so impressed with how I was treated. read more

I could not be happier with my experience at 3 Sisters Automotive. I found that my oil level got far too low and I needed a change ASAP. Jorge tried to change the oil and discovered that the oil pan screw was stripped (because the Chevy dealership in Bend cramed it in place) and delayed my change for a day. He was very concerned about the safety of doing the oil change with the damaged screw. He ordered the replacement part and got it early the next day. Jorge changed the oil, oil filter and air filter for a very reasonable price. He went beyond the service I have had at any other place. I will drive from Bend from now on for this personal service! read more

3 Sisters Automotive is absolutely the best! While passing through on vacation our car needed an urgent repair. The other repair shops were unable to accommodate a timely repair to get us back on the road, but not only did 3 Sisters Automotive fit us into their busy schedule, they completed the repair the same day and ahead of schedule. They also drove to Redmond for one of the parts because it wasn't available in Sisters until the next day. Their expertise, flexibility, willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is second to none! To say we were impressed doesn't even begin to describe our experience. we went for an oil change in January and they were very helpful in scheduling the service, however they apparently used the wrong plug and we discovered some oil leeks in our garage. we took it back several times without resolution. we finall took it to Roland's and they fixed it with a appropriate plug. read more
