My old battery left me high and dry in my work parking lot. AAA came and gave me a jump but he didn't have the right replacement battery to so sent me to Les Schwab. Even though they were very busy, I was greeted immediately in the lobby and directed to the "battery bay". Of course there were others in my predicament ahead of me but some how Mike Paxton used his super powers to get us all new batteries and on our way almost before I settled down to wait. In the brief time i was there I noticed the many services available besides new tires. Note to self...get brakes here. I am writing this review because this company, and Mike, came through for me, fixed my car so I could get back to my life and surprised and pleased me with their friendliness and efficiency. Met with a guy at the front desk and we discussed which tires would work best for my motorhome. We settled on the right tires and I left the vehicle for an alignment and the new tires. When I came back in the afternoon I took one look at the tires they put on and there was no way they were the right tires. Got someone to come out and look, they went and checked the work order and said "your correct, they put the wrong tires on." An hour and a half later they had the correct tires on. ANY fly by night out fit could provide the same level of service as these clowns. This place needs a manager that can run a tight ship. I've been a customer for 50 years but I wont be back. They used to be a trustworthy, reliable outfit. No longer. And now they say they do oil changes. Its one thing to put the wrong tires on but if they screw up your oil change your looking at some real problems!

The unreliable, poor customer service is driving me away. I have only come here to have new tires mounted on wheels and the first two times I came things went okay (only exception being no call to let me know the work was done). I recently brought tires and wheels in again to have them swapped and have some old tires patched and never received a phone call when the work was supposedly done. I mentioned to Jesse that I was not called the last two times but he did not seem to care. When I picked up the tires I was charged for all of the labor that should have been done, but later discovered they did not fix one of the tires even though I was charged for it. I went back the next day to have them fix the tire I was charged for and you can imagine my surprise (sarcasm) when they once again never called to let me know that it was done.

I take my vehicle back In to get realigned and another technician tells me something completely different and wrong from the first person I talked to and neither of them could resolve the issue. Everything Les Schwab does is a money grab $120 for $20 bolts and $80 for an install of two bolts? Absolutely ridiculous.
