I was on the process of buying an apartment and was looking for home inspection. There is an abundance of home inspection providers including some very well reviewed in Yelp. What it really came down to was a good and fast service. Truview was a bit pricer than other well reviewed home inspection companies. However, they offer instant report and that really sold me on using their service. The report is extremely detailed, easy to understand and gives a pretty good picture of what your future purchase looks like from the inside out. Once it gets delivered to your email, you can either glance to it or go through each item and even watch like video clips of the areas inspected. I think having good and profesional customers service is great, however, their instant report was an added value that fitted perfectly my needs of an expedited report instead of waiting for a few days like with most companies out there. read more

Between myself and my mum (both Realtors) we have over 40 years of inspections throughout countries across 4 continents. This was by far the best we've worked with. First, their intial response was immediate - the other 2 took days close to a week to respond. We just finished the inspection with an apartment and the inspector was not only thorough but extremely kind and open to any concerns we saw and had questions about. It's definitely the norm for inspectors to be annoyed if you have any questions but this gentleman was instead actually welcoming of these. We were in the process of purchasing a home and needed someone reputable and trustworthy. We turned to Yelp and found Truview. We received several other quotes and went with Truview. Had a sewer scope inspection done for $300 and the inspector was only able to inspect one line due to blockage which he was not prepared to clear. The inspection report came with no estimate for repair, just said "Recommend replacement". This does nothing for me and my inspection period ends today. Owner proceeds to tell me we inspected the line and that there is a blockage so I need to hire a professional to unblock it. I paid to have the sewer lines scoped, I did not order a plumber to unclog the line. If you cannot do what I hired you for what is the point? This gave me no relevant information at all. Hired Roto-Rooter which unclogged my line, scoped the entire length of both sewer lines and gave me a full estimated cost of repair. Only bright spot of this company was his inspector Carlos who was respectful and punctual. Not one to leave reviews but I feel like I lit $300 on fire. read more

Wow, what service! Seriously. I never write reviews but felt the need to for Luis and his team. We hired Truview to inspect a home we are purchasing. Luis and his team provided an extremely detailed, high-tech report that is easy to review on your computer or phone. It includes pictures and videos of the issues they identified, as well as cost estimates for repairs, making it easy to review with the seller. He also provided a four-point inspection for our insurance company. We were especially concerned about the home's cast iron pipes and Luis is the only inspector I could find in South Florida that will also snake the pipes with a camera. He sent us the full report the same day as the inspection. We have purchased and sold several homes over the years and this is by far the most thorough inspection we have ever had done.
