I have always shyed away from any gym or fitness environment due to bullying, rude service, and personal insecurities (still do but in a different head space now). I walked in their door and never looked back. I was paired with Maria, and it was the best thing to happen for me. Her knowledge her care she gets me. She pushes me further than I think I can go, and then pushes me further than that! At transformation fitness there is not one trainer who does not make their client feel worthy, motivated, inspired. I have my share of injuries/pain and with the dedication, care, and instructions from Steve I am able to still continue with my trainings through modifications and mobility work. The latest addition to an already fantastic studio are their Cardio Boxing classes .. holy full body work out. The biggest joy is how empowered I feel after, and how these classes are helping me feel more confident within myself and it's ALL BECAUSE OF THEM !!! I owe a tremendous thank you to owner Steve who has helped me dig deep and find my potential and work hard on keeping at it. The Masters in this school always make him feel comfortable upon return and do their best to help keep his asthma from stopping him from proceeding with class. Some will even carry his inhaler with them in case he needs it. Sometimes it is very busy and some things may get lost in the shuffle, do not hesitate to ask the staff to repeat or find something out for you. They do not mind. There are a lot of children in this school! Be patient! The best programs have many many happy hardworking students. This is one of them.

The instructor knowledgeable in palates. The bad - studio smell like sweat that has not been cleaned up in ... ever. - the studio owner is unprofessional and rude and there is nothing "namaste" about her demeanor. - the instructor seems threatened and terrified of her boss (the owner) to the point of creating a false narrative Will not be returning. If you are okay with disrespectful behavior and just taking class by disconnecting with the rest of the world- this is a place for you. Disclaimer - I am a health professional with 30+ years of dance teaching experience. When your hot yoga studio forbids you from leaving the room during class, even if you felt unwell, it raises concerns about safety. To add insult to injury when the studio owner proceeds to yell at you, questions you says that by leaving the class was disrupted, and insults - that's speaks volumes about the culture of the practice. If I didn't leave, the class would have been even more disrupted with the instructor unable to teach at all because they would need to take care of the student instead of teaching, Furthermore, when the owner accuses the client that because of the client the owner could not complete their scheduled personal important appointment- that demonstrates concern for the owner's mental state. There are safety risks involved with hot yoga and it is the responsibility of the instructor and the student to ensure safety. Listening to your body is paramount: Regardless of studio policy, your well-being should be the priority. If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, or experience any other signs of heat intolerance or illness during a hot yoga class, it's essential to take a break or leave the room. Same with dance -pushing through injury is highly discouraged as it may cause further injury. People are paying for the class, this is not a prison. No one comes to class looking to disobey.
