Someone stopped to help me immediately, reviewing the different shirt types and costs with me. After selecting a shirt type, I was given instructions on using the online design tool to save on cost, as well as some cost comparisons. After submitting my short order, Tim was in contact with me during the process of confirming and changing the order as needed. We did make a few changes and we was always helpful and understanding! The shirts came back in a timely manner and looked great! We would most definitely use them again at the next event!

Placed $150 order for Christmas on November 19. They accepted order and processed payment…read more Everything since then has been a nightmare. Waited 2 weeks and emailed for a shipping date. After 3 emails and 2 phone calls, I was told it would arrive by Christmas. Emailed again this week asking for shipment information. I don't expect I am going to receive my package. Definitely going to dispute with my credit card company. Business practices are poor, customer service is worse. Never again will I support this local business.
