After all that, still not connect. I went to the front desk, because it says gonna be $5, and I still unable to connect One lady told me. Oh...is not $5, they just authorize $5, and once you print out how many page, it will return back to you, and only charge you for whatever amount you printed. So I went back and still unable to connect, I went back again, now another lady told me, oh you have to email it in, and they will send you a code to connect. I'm like Man...you can't tell me in the first place? Why you wasting my time like that? They should have a big ass sign says, email here, they will send you a code and you be able to connect! I mean these people are not helpful, when it says self service, you on your own

I went to the counter closest to the door, not knowing if there was a clerk coming or not. The guy in the back was staring at me, so I finally said Hi. He said do you need help? I said Yes. He then said I'm back here. Unfortunately Anthony needs training in customer service. A better way to greet me would have been "I can help you back here, Ma'am." To further frustrate my experience, I had to purchase a shipping box for my phone to be sent. I'll take that up with Verizon.

I was told I'd have a proposal by Monday or Tuesday, When I didn't hear from them on Monday or Tuesday, I waited until Friday before contacting them via email. I received a fairly prompt response indicating they had been busy and apologizing for the delay. They again promised a proposal by the following Monday. It's now late in the day on Thursday and since no quote. Sign quality and service - 3 years ago - was great. Customer serivce today is HORRIBLE - essentially non-existent.

I used the provided hand sanitizer to wipe off the mouse, but it's still disgusting, but I braved it. I started clicking on the subject boxes...nothing happened. I asked for assistance and was told to click on chrome...a blank screen popped up. Thank HEAVENS FedEx was just up the road and provided wonderful customer service! Raleigh was very patient and kind. They even printed mymy shipping label off for me! Skip the OOPS (UPS) and go to FedEx if you want a better customer experience.
