My technician was such a fastidious person and he was attentive to details and it was so relaxing. I have actually liked the way they dealt with me during the process they are clearly aware of their craft and they are very keen with regard to the needs of their clients. I did not experience any form of pressure or discomfort at any time. The atmosphere of the salon is very relaxed and it makes spending time there very easy. I got out a satisfied person about my nails and the whole experience was excellent. I will definitely be coming back! This is what you want to call the type of place that you can guarantee of receiving excellent service and you can feel like you are in good hands. Without reservation, highly recommend!

Don't come here unless you plan to spend $100+ for a basic manicure that's a drastically different color than you chose.

I wanted to like this place - they're close to my place and clean and friendly for the most part. However, I have visited them 3 times in the last week. Once, to get my original dip manicure. 2 days later, one chipped - back in to get that fixed. 2 days after that, a different nail completely fell off. Thankfully this time when I came in to get it fixed, they gave me 50% a new manicure - then comes today, barely 2 days after my new manicure, and another nail falls completely off while on my way out of town. Super frustrated, and super irritated that I am going to have to pay to get them done, yet again, and another shop while out of town. I see some other reviews saying quality has decreased recently, so I am not sure what is going on. read more

Me and my cousin went to Ts. Organic Nails located on Southport and our experience was amazing!!!! Our nail techs were Nomuna and Daria, and they treated us amazingly so I highly recommend booking a session with them. I had dip on my nails but i broke one so Nomuna suggested an extension on the one nail and I'm so happy with the results. I got a design too which she did so well and quickly. My cousin got extension with gel and loved how they turned out. Daria suggested a glitter themed nail for the new year,and my cousin LOVED how they turned out! This is our 3rd time coming back to this salon and we always love our results and their customer service!! Highly recommend trying out this salon! read more
