Would've given a worse review if the woman who painted my nails wasn't so sweet and nice to talk to. It was also great that they could do my nails immediately at 1:30 on a Saturday with no appointment. But I am just very upset with the paint job. It seemed like she took her time and was paying attention to detail but my no chip manicure is uneven, streaky and almost lumpy in the paint. Usually when I get a no chip I love to look at my glossy pretty nails all day but this was a waste of money and has already chipped 3 days later. I will not be coming back. read more

I had a horrible experience here today. In the middle of my pedicure, the manicurist stopped doing me to do someone else because they were short staffed. Also I am pregnant and was concerned when another client walked in with no mask. I asked the manicurist to please say something in accordance with current city indoor masking guidelines, and she did not (luckily the client left after about 5 min to go elsewhere). When I said something about both these issues, the manicurist, Gina, said "you have so many complaints, if you're not happy go somewhere else." What awful customer service! I went to TS Organic kind of last minute for a trip abroad. I googled nail salons and I've been to a couple on Southport before so I thought I'd give TS Organic a try. I went with a friend and we were greeted and seated together. The facility looks new and clean and all the chairs and tables face the same way so every customer can see the TV. Netflix was on and the environment was very comfortable and calm. The woman who did my nails also did my friend's nails and both came out beautifully. She was professional and friendly. I just got regular polish but my nails lasted longer than a week! I went on vacation thinking they would chip in a couple of days but they didn't! I highly recommend TS Organic and I will certainly be going there again. read more

I made the mistake of stopping in here when the "organic" name caught my attention and interest. Side note: there is nothing "organic" about dipping powder but that is the least of my concern with this review. However what IS "organic" is the extremely rude service from the HBIC down the totem pole. And to top that off, most of my nails were cracked and broken in less than 3 days. The dipping powder typically lasts me 3 weeks and the only issue then is outgrowth. The fact that I paid a higher price at this awful place for my nails to look so disgusting just three days later makes me sick. My experience is pretty identical to Ashley C. below. read more

I love their selection of "healthier" polish brands from regular polish like Zoya to no chip polish like BioSculpture. The ladies were very nice! Hayden worked with me and she was great. This is a nail salon I'd happily come back to. It's new, clean, bright and open. They use soaps and scrubs that come in individual packets so you know they're new and hygienic. They also smell amaze. They don't reuse the files and scrubbers. I did a no-chip mani and regular pedi and they're perfect. Great attention to detail. I'll be back! read more

Clean, professional, and very relaxing nail salon in Lakeview. Have bounced around to probably 10 local nail salons because I couldn't find the quality of my go-to spot in River North by my office. But, behold TS Organic Nails!! My new spot!! My sister and I popped in last Sunday and were pleased that they could take us right away for a pedicure. Great chairs, super clean foot baths, all pedicure tools were packaged and opened fresh per use, pedi used an exfoliating scrub, and once we were drying even got a shoulder massage! 10/10 would definitely come back! I just got a regular $15 manicure but it came with a moisturizing glove treatment and a little back massage... plus the Ellen Degeneres show was on. I mean what more could you ask for? Worst nail experience ever! I came in to get a no chip pedicure and manicure with tips and dip. I came in 30 minutes before my appointment, and left 3 hours later! Not only have my toe nails chipped, but half my nails have fallen out already and it's only been 4 days! I would've been really upset about this but my nails were so bad, they needed to come off. They were all uneven, had scratches, and were extremely bumpy! While I was getting my manicure, a woman, who I'm sure was the owner, told me not to open any cans because my nail would pop off! That's NOT supposed to happen. Definitely won't be returning! I highly don't recommend. read more

Bad experience all around, and this is the third time I've been here. This store has rude nail techs and a very poor polish selection. I am very regular with my manicures and pedicures and will not be returning to this store. Their polishes are very clearly watered down as when I got home, I inspected my toes and noticed that despite several layers of polish, the color is streaked and lighter in sections. Also, an employee was walking through the store flossing her teeth with a floss pick, waving it around and she talked in front of a store with with customers watching and trying to relax. I found this to be absolutely disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to Nas Nails (a five minute walk away on Clark) where you will get superior service, selection, and professional environment. The only reason we came here was because we were in a rush, but I quickly realized there was a reason they were empty. read more

However, my nail tech was less than friendly, took over 2.5 hours on a pedi and manicure and my no chip chipped 48 hours later. Not to mention it's pretty expensive. I had set up an appointment in advance for my friend and I to get our nails done for her wedding. The group ahead of us had shown up late, which caused our appointment to be pushed back 30 minutes, and they did nothing to rectify it. We were completely rushed through our nails. The color I chose was a completely different shade when applied to my nails and they wouldn't fix it.
