I started my trip with an Uber from Manhattan's Financial District to Newark. I left earlier than I probably needed to because I was expecting the usual New York/New Jersey traffic, but the ride was surprisingly smooth. Once I arrived at Terminal A, I noticed the terminal was very modern and spacious. If you've flown through the older Newark terminals, it's completely different! The terminal is bright, clean, and easy to navigate! Security moved much faster than I expected! There was also plenty of signage throughout the terminal! I never felt like I was searching for my gate. The seating areas were comfortable, with lots of charging stations available! Boarding with JetBlue was organized, quick, and easy, especially for a late night flight leaving to Orlando! The gate area had plenty of seating! The staff were friendly throughout the process as well which was awesome! Once onboard, the flight to Orlando was smooth and comfortable! Flying JetBlue out of Newark, Terminal A is a huge upgrade and one of the nicest domestic terminals I've traveled through recently.

Theres porta potties randomly in the middle of the airport? Not sure what that's about. We found one actual bathroom and it wasn't much better than a porta potty. There's also a weird throw up smell throughout the area where you wait for your plane. Also all the seat armrests are literally falling apart. Terminal A is the kind of place where if your flight gets delayed you are totally fine with because it's nice and clean. Terminal B...can't say the same.

May 19, 2026 To get…read morefrom Terminal A to Terminal B, we needed to take a bus. As we entered the bus, we were told that it was the correct bus to go to Terminal B. No one told us we had to specifically ask the bus driver to stop at Terminal B. When we got to Terminal C, the bus driver explained that we were suppose to notify him to stop at Terminal B. News to us. Anyway, he drove us back to Terminal B. A bit of a communication hiccup on their side. The restroom at the Airport was a nice surprise though. I wish I could remember which Terminal it was, A or B, but it was completely Zen. Take a look at my photo of the inside of the stall. Unbelievable. As you enter the restroom, soothing music is playing, and with the decor, it helps you take the stress level down a notch or two. Kudos to the designers of this airport restroom.

That way you will not have to go out of the airport and back through security. However, if you do decide to walk, you will have to revisit security again. It is quite a walk as well. Plenty of food and shopping opportunities at the airport. From sit down to take away, you have many options.

She then told another agent to let my boy know how to get ready when he got close to front . On my way home my son called me and said " Not sure why TSA gets a bad rap mom they definitely checked my stuff , but we're so nice to me , they got a tough job mom" .
