Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. I can only speak to my experience, though, which is that of a middle-aged mom getting comfortable rides in luxury cars, all arranged and paid for by other parties. Whatever aggravations may have arisen were not mine to endure. I had several drivers running me to and from LAX and JFK, as well as on the ground in New York, and from Los Angeles to San Diego and back. They were unfailingly polite and professional, and the one driver I ended up talking to for a long stretch--a mostly retired grandfather--was super personable with a fascinating life story. I would encourage EmpireCLS to pay these drivers what they deserve. They're definitely bringing more to the table than the average Uber driver, and Uber drivers don't have to spend all day in formal attire. The cars were all sparkling clean luxury cars with plentiful leg room. Like I would never personally buy a Cadillac Escalade, but it's the car I'd want if I were always sitting in the back seat. The little water bottles and charging cables were nice too. My one gripe is that the pick-up times were aggressively early, and I had to be vigilant about changing them if I didn't want to sit around at the airport for two hours. The company was willing to adjust as long as I took responsibility if I missed a flight, which, fair enough, it's not like I've never done that before. It seemed like the drivers were always at least 15 early no matter what time the scheduled pick-up, and I felt bad leaving them to idle while I wrapped up my packing. They never complained, though, and it seemed like this was just part of their service. One issue I've had recently is the following: I always request a curbside pickup at the airport, which means the driver does not need to park, and thus I should not be charged for parking. Apparently, agents are not permitted to delete the parking charge at the time of booking. This then requires me to call Empire after the trip, and ask them to remove the charge. Further, I must then monitor my credit card bill to ensure that this has been done. This is burdensome and time-consuming, and I wish there were some way to lessen the burden on the client to ensure proper billing. On the positive side, I would like to commend two agents who were extremely polite, courteous, and thoroughly professional, and who resolved a recent incorrect "wait time" charge. I first contacted Samantha, whose records showed the driver who picked me up at the airport waited 45 minutes between the time I deplaned and the time I reached the car, which was not the case. Samantha said she would investigate and that Empire would get back to me. The very next day I received a call from Brianna in Customer Care, who indicated that the wait charge was an error on Empire's part, and that I would receive a credit. When I raised the issue of incorrect parking charges, she said she would review all of my 2025 trips to ensure that I was not charged for parking. Excellent follow-through, excellent service.

The day before my scheduled pickup to JFK, I had still not received any pickup details. At around 5:00 PM, I had to reach out myself to ask for the information, only to be told that Patrizia was on vacation and would send it shortly. I did not receive my pickup details until approximately 8:15 PM that evening. As parents traveling with young children on an international flight, this created unnecessary stress. I even had to ask what time we would be picked up, and the proposed pickup time was only 2.5 hours before our flight. We live approximately one hour from JFK, and international flights generally recommend arriving at least three hours before departure, making the proposed pickup time unrealistic. Because of these concerns, I canceled my reservation within the company's required 72-hour cancellation policy, making me eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, despite multiple emails and follow-up messages, I still have not received my refund. While Patrizia informed me there had been a death in her family, and I genuinely expressed my condolences, customers should still receive timely communication and refunds that are owed under the company's stated policy. The delay has also prevented me from confidently booking transportation with another company, adding even more unnecessary stress to our travel planning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Communication was poor, important travel details were not provided proactively, and obtaining a refund has been an unnecessarily frustrating process.
