They provided the Carfax report, gave me a good price on the SUV, take my payments over the phone (so I don't have to drive over there), and today, the reason for this review, they really saved my butt. I received my registration sticker and put it on during my morning break, but wound up locking my keys in the car! A locksmith was going to charge me $85!! I called Jeff at Best Way, and thank God he had a spare! He sent Esteban over to unlock the SUV, and I have my keys back. I'm very appreciative! I really have only good things to say about Best Way. Everything seemed fine and he promised me it was in great working order but that wasn't true. After I drove it off the.lot the check engine light came on and many other problems occurred I took it to a mechanic and there are a bunch of problems with this vehicle. I called Alan to ask him to fix these problem which he said were.not there when I purchased the vehicle and he refused and began swearing and yelling before he hung up in my face. Beware if you do business with this man ask for a warranty on your vehicle or do a one week test drive and have a mechanic look at it.
