Where can I even begin?! My poor Mum has been growing out her eyebrows for months now hoping she could have thicker brows. She went in and told the lady exactly what she wanted and the waxer even whipped out her phone to show my mum a picture of what she was going to do! She butchered her eyebrows and said "honey you don't pay me today" even before handing her the mirror to look at her eyebrows. No apology or anything! On top of it the wax was extremely hot and she even dropped some by her ear. Completely unprofessional. I wish I would have known she was going, so I could have warned her against this establishment! read more
