Where can I even begin?! My poor Mum has been growing out her eyebrows for months now hoping she could have thicker brows. She went in and told the lady exactly what she wanted and the waxer even whipped out her phone to show my mum a picture of what she was going to do! She butchered her eyebrows and said "honey you don't pay me today" even before handing her the mirror to look at her eyebrows. No apology or anything! On top of it the wax was extremely hot and she even dropped some by her ear. Completely unprofessional. I wish I would have known she was going, so I could have warned her against this establishment!

She cut my skin and the paint job is horrendous

Awful awful awful place. We had an appointment set up a month ago for my daughters wedding on Monday. We were running late about 15 minutes. First Lady I called to say we're running late said no problem. Then another lady called and asked where we were. I said we were on our way she said no problem. Then got another call from a very angry person who said they can't fit us in for 2 days. DO NOT GO THERE. read more

I'm new to the area.. and I was a walk in.. Mrs. TT the Owner was absolutely AMAZING! She worked me right into her schedule on a busy Friday. The pricing is so reasonable and she did an amazing job on my acrylic fill and deluxe pedicure! I won't go anywhere else in canyon lake! I highly recommend!! read more

Nail tools are not disinfected. No cuticle trimming, hand soaking and no massage. On the pedicure, again, no cuticle trimming or massage. A very nice lady, however the services are poor. read more
