Amazing Place! Amazing Owner! If you are looking for a hairpiece or wig, you MUST check this business out. Having lost most of my hair due to alopecia, I needed to purchase a wig. It was a very hard decision to make and I was in a very vulnerable place mentally. I felt SOOO much better visiting this shop and ordering a wig. Melissa did an amazing job customizing the wig with a cut that suited me. She even taught me how to wash it when it was due for its first cleaning. What a nice experience I had with Melissa today. I am so happy that the Alopecia Foundation informed me about Tu Bella for hair loss. I had purchased a wig from another salon and it was "hurry up, buy a wig and get out the door" with no discussion and education about the different textures, hair loss, etc. Hair loss is devastating. Once you buy a wig, it can't be returned or refunded. Wigs are not cheap. Melissa explained everything about hair loss, the wigs, the hair pieces, and the different hair used and how it is processed. She answered questions and is so knowledgeable with many years of experience. I received more education from her than the doctor. I felt so comfortable with her. She did not push to make a sale but told me to think over the selections and pricing. She found the perfect color for me too.
