The store refused to exchange to the correct size or refund because my wife wore the shoes long enough to realize they gave us the wrong size. We thought it was just a small mistake and we could exchange to the size we paid for. Obviously we were wrong, and Tilly's has no issue ripping us off our $60. This is a terrible company, do not shop here unless you want money stolen. Mistakes happen, but leaving the customer to pay for those mistakes is ridiculous and something I have never dealt with before.

She brought me three other dresses that she thought I would like. I'm glad she did because I normally won't spend $100 and up on a dress for myself. I really liked one of her suggestions so I purchased it. I was happy there was a 20 percent off sale. The dress ended up being $140 but I think I'll get enough wears from it making it worth it. They were so helpful with their recommendations and letting me know their thoughts on which dress was the best for me to buy. I didn't feel pushed into buying either. Can't wait to come again in the future to see new arrivals!

The owner does a great job making sure the measurements are accurate and it takes maybe 20-30 minutes to get measured and choose an option. They have so so so many options available to choose from and any color you need. I was given the option to pay upfront or upon pick up which I appreciated. They make sure everything fits properly when you pick up and it took maybe 15 minutes to try everything on & get it adjusted just right. Drop off takes less than 2 minutes to verify all items are accounted for.
