When I returned (a 30-mile drive), they refused to check it despite arriving 40 minutes before closing. The "6-month warranty" was useless. They claimed the screen was cracked even though I only removed the protector to help them see the freezing issue. As an Uber driver, I couldn't be without a phone, so I had to settle for a broken, taped-up LCD for another $10. That also failed within two weeks. I eventually had to go to another branch listed on their card, where a low-quality, non-original LCD was installed. The phone still freezes constantly. I have wasted time, money, and gas. I expect a full refund for the faulty parts and the terrible experience I've had to endure. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

This deceiving move was to hide the horrific quality of the screen they replaced it with. It all seemed great at first, but after 6 days, the screen cracked and shattered very suddenly and without provocation.
