dr Patel is an excellent doctor. Very attentive to your needs and because of being in this field for a very long time, he knows what doing.He is such a good listener. He gives you time and he has a very good attitude. My brother had a stroke. He is a and he lost total everything but the way Dr Patel talked with him and encouraged him really amazing. I like Dr Patel the only issue he's a busy doctor and the weight is quite long to see him so I like to make my appointment the first one in the morning. And when I do it's not too bad. read more

Dr. Patel is the best MD I've ever been to. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very kind every visit. He's always gotten my diagnosis right on the first visit. Even if you're experiencing complex symptoms, the man knows what he's talking about. I've experienced quick visits and sometimes long waits. I don't complain because i really appreciate him. He's worth the wait every time. The staff works the best they can with the limited time in the day and the number of patients he has to see. I appreciate their ability to keep it professional, especially under stressful and demanding times. read more

I made an appointment here on Tuesday at 1130a. I was in the waiting room still waiting at 130pm. Seriously what the heck? The receptionist was nice but honestly, why the heck does it take so long to see patients?? Extremely terrible office - regarding how the business is ran at least. Avoid this place at all costs. The nurse practitioner is cool, but man... Not worth the wait. 2 hour wait to see a doctor with an appointment? Get the freak out of here. Also they have a lab onsite but will only test you and draw blood if you have PPO. If you have PPO, do not go here. You can find another office that will not have a 2 hour wait w/ an appointment. read more

Worst Doctors office I have ever had to deal with. My insurance automatically assigned this office but no way would I ever return. This place is the size of a small convenient store with way too much crammed in. There are a total of 5 chairs for the entire waiting room. If you do try to come here you will be waiting a minimum of 90 minutes regardless of appointment time. I made a 430 appointment checked in at 413 and yet was not seen until 545. There were 3 people in the waiting room. This doctor does not care about his patients and when he did finally see me gave 0 impression that I had his attention. How can a doctor's office be so dirty? Isn't the place where you come to get healthy not sick from all the disease festering on the counters? Avoid this place and find yourself a real doctor if you value your health and time. read more

I agree with the previous review. At times, the wait can be long and Then at other times it can be really Quick. Either way you will get the Attention you deserve from the doctor ‍ . If you expect express all the time, this MAy not be the place for you. read more

I have been a patient for over 10 years now. Yes, the waiting room is always full of people with appointments. So yes, you could spend 1-2 hours from the time you check in for your appointment and or visit. A couple of times I spent 21/2 hours. Many times I have been in and out in 60 minutes! The reason for this is that there are 6 patient rooms inside - so at any time 6 people are waiting to be seen by a physician along with more waiting outside. Having experienced what all the previous reviews have stated, I still keep coming here because of the friendly staff and awesome physician - Dr. Patel. So, this place will work for you if you do not mind waiting for awesome service & loving and competent care from a team of well trained medical staff. read more

For the past 20 years my Parents have been visiting Dr Patel. I mean he is a nice guy and values his patients but awful medicinal practice. My Dad sat there for 4 hours only to be told by him to go to Denny's and have some soup since he wasn't well. Upon having fever and chills I suggested he goes to the Emergency room considering he is 76. We found out he has a bladder infection and was not treated properly by Dr Patel. I mean this is a ridiculous time waste and could lead to a disaster in practicing medicine. I will never go to this place even If I was dying.! read more

This is my 4th or 5th visit here since my insurance changed. At the moment I'm trying to switch to a different family doctor! The receptionists and medical assistants here are very friendly but the wait time is intolerable. Every time I go and sit in the wait room, all the patients are elderly and look like they need a trip to the ER, not the doctor's office. All my visits are with an appointment and I still have to wait up to 1.5-2hrs! After 45 mins to an hr of waiting in the wait room, they finally put me in the patient's room and just when I thought the doctor is going to pop in any minute now, nope, no sign of him. It takes another 30 mins waiting in the patient's room for the doctor to come in. EVERY TIME. What the heck is he doing? Honestly, he is a really cool guy and he listens to what I have to say, but my visit with him personally is never any longer than 10 minutes. Are they telling stories in the other rooms or something?! Also, I needed to do a TB x-ray test because I will be working in the medical field myself and the receptionists gave me an out-of-date piece of paper that list where I can go to get my x-ray that is covered by my insurance. I visited two radiologist offices and both of them told me this is an out of date list and they do not cover my insurance anymore and that my doctor's office should have gave me a new list. Geez. What a waste of a day, time and gas. read more

Tried to go here and it was a shock to say the least. The tiny dingy, dark office is a real eye sore and hard to not focus on. It's a hole in the wall place and just didn't have a good vibe. None of the other patients in the waiting room looked that great, like they were all suffering and needed attention right then and there and clearly were not being well kept. The receptionists were very lethargic and not friendly, really put me off. We filled out the forms and then we're going to pay a co pay despite my want to really just leave but then we were informed that it was cash only. Cash only??? That sounds very weird. We were under our insurance and we have a debit account for medical so we needed to pay with our card. I tried to ask about the cash only situation and what it was about or if it was usual and the woman behind the counter just gruffly said "there's an ATM nearby go use that". No, I'm not going to just pay cash and hope for the best. This was the strangest visit. Also even with an appointment our approx. wait was 2hrs? So no thanks. We will gladly find another doctor and a more upstanding office. read more

For all you negative clueless and what i like to refer to as the "HURRY HURRY , I wanted that yesterday" arrogant humans.....If Dr. Patel was like a get in and get out here's some pill for this and that Mr./Mrs. whatever pt ....ok bye.....You would be the ones to complain when you here a Dr. say you suffer from Sophophobia and just walk away. Dr. Patel is an awesome Doctor, with a great staff..Sometimes you may have to wait a little bit before you are seen, but would you rather be seen by a professional who will explain to you that you are suffering from a fear of learning and that it's okay and you can learn it's going to be okay, In fact it's a good thing. If you think that is such a bad thing, and want to put down an amazing Doctor than please feel free to just ignore that patch of skin changing color and remember flesh wounds can easily be covered up with some band aids and a long sleeve shirt....rusty metal....lock jaw.....i'm seeing a new diet trend. read more

Dr Patel has been my primary doctor for 5 years. The staff are friendly and helpful. There tends to be a long wait most times but I believe it is because he spends the extra time needed with his patients. He is compassionate and thorough. I never feel rushed , he lis attentive and kind. read more

This physician may be a nice guy but he lacks any professionalism. He routinely does not show for any scheduled meeting; and when he does "appear", it's usually late. Do not go here! One star because I can't give it zero. I was a patient for 3 months, before deciding that it was in my best interest to change doctors. Receptionist and nurses are nice but they are not efficient at all and some are incompetent; One of my nurses in particular didn't know how to read the scale to take my weight or take my blood pressure. If you schedule your appointment at a specific time, expect to be waiting in the lobby for thirty minutes- up to two hours after your scheduled time. I've never once been called in on-time. Dr. Patel is nice but truly lacks professionalism. He listens but does not care investigate concerns. One time in particular I told him my symptoms and he pulled out his phone only to diagnosed me based of the WebMD symptom tracker online!!!!! I understand that he may need to get a second opinion, but WebMD?! No use in going to see a doctor at that point. If you care about your health do not go here. The staff is friendly but you have to have patience to be seen :( It took me over 2 1/2 hours from my scheduled apointment of waiting to see the doctor.I am coming from overseas where it takes less than 10 minutes to be seen when you check in. I visited this Doctors office for the 1st time today and Dr. Patel and the staff were very nice. I was very satisfied with that end of it. The only complaint I have is the wait time. My appointment was at 3:30 and I sat in the waiting room until 4:45 and didn't see Dr. Patel until 5. What's the point of an appointment if you are going to sit there for hours anyway? read more
