My second review - after getting my other "Jack & Jill" bathroom refinished! This time, Luis and an assistant did the work - and it was just as good an experience as we had with Andres! We resurfaced two separate sink areas - as well as the tub and surround. It is simply amazing the difference it makes. 23 years of use (my son's former bath, if that gives you a visual ...! ) GONE! Everything looks brand new!! In short, this is one of the best investments we've made in our home. Luis was here by 9:00 am - and was done around 2:30. It was a big job - and it is still "fragrant" - but it dissipates pretty quickly after all the windows were opened for a couple of hours. And their clean up is always a nice surprise! Everything was was spotless when they left!! We're done with bathrooms for the foreseeable future - so nothing more for the Tub Guy(s) to do for us :-(. Wow! You just never know what you'll get when working with a new contractor - but the other reviews are spot on! Andres is AMAZING!! He took a 22 year old tub (which had been aggressively cleaned by my daughter - almost down to the iron ;-) and made it look NEW!! Then he refinished the 22-year old "faux marble" countertops and made them look like granite - but kept the bowls a pristine white, as I requested! It's not a really fast process. There is a 24 hour cure period - which matches the worst of the smell ... ;-), but Andres was incredibly neat and did an excellent job of venting much of the chemical smells. Truly, it all looks brand new! And appears to be resilient enough to last past the 10 year estimate provided by the manufacturer. The price was better than most of his competitors, and he did a great job of confirming the appointments - letting me know if he was going to be a bit late. He takes credit cards (which means a bank approved him for the transaction risks) ... and was generally just really pleasant to work with!!! We will be calling him back next year to work on the other bathroom! read more

I had the best experience with the tub guy! I have a vintage cast iron tub that was a terrible mauve color that I wanted all white. The tub guy came and disconnected and removed my tub from my bathroom, and a week later returned the most beautiful white tub I had ever seen. There was a small imperfection on the side of the tub that would be exposed to the bathroom. I showed them the imperfection when they delivered and they explained to me it was actually the cast iron that was not completely smooth. But they were great and told me not to worry about it as they would sand it down and re-do that side. They came back a couple days later and worked a full 8 hours in our backyard on the tub until it was completely smooth and perfect. I would highly recommend this company because they are timely, honest, professional, great prices, and willing to do anything to make sure the customer is happy! I will be using them in the future for our cast iron sink in the laundry room! read more

My bathroom had avocado ceramic tile walls with a green faux marble vanity and dull white tub. Andres refinished the tub in white with skid resistant bottom, redid the walls in white with light cappuccino specks on top, redid the vanity same as walls except with a heavier concentration of cappuccino specks and left the bowl white. It looks AMAZING!! He brought my bath out of the 70's and into the 2000's! He also redid a vanity and fiberglass shower pan with skid-resistant bottom in another bath with amazing results! Lastly, but just as amazing, he refinished my avocado oven door into a beautiful glossy white!! Andres and his team took care to cover what was not going to be refinished and vented strong smells out of the house. His bid was very reasonable compared to competitors.
