Walked in a couple of weeks ago and was extremely impressed! Greeted by the owner - Scotty ? (I should have written it down on the receipt but was in a hurry), his mom, and one of the workers. Loved the selection, was in a rush but for something nice as a Thank You bouquet/arrangement. Asked if the flowers in one could be swapped with the vase from another - was done in seconds! Best $50 ever spent in any florist in the entire tristate area. Even their wrapping and boxing was done artistically and with care. Go in to pick them up and greeted with friendly smiles and help to bring them to your car if needed. I got 2 arrangements this time and 3 in total from this place. Always great service. If you are someone who doesn't know what to get, I'd recommend going through their website and picking that way. The store itself doesn't have everything the website does. Stopped in for a bouquet as a gift. Minimal but nice selection. My main issue was the lack of mask wearing. I felt extremely uncomfortable. The man who put together the bouquet pulled his mask on to help me, but the other gentleman at the cash register left his off until I went to pay. I'm from Queens where it appears everyone is on their mask game, but I've been shocked at how many businesses in Westchester disregard mask wearing. I don't know if people are making this a political stance, but bottom line is you want your customers to feel safe. I know I won't be back to this florist because of this experience. read more

Tuckahoe Florist stepped in and saved the day! Had placed an online order for flowers from a florist I used for years for my mom's 80th birthday. When I called to check ETA for delivery this morning, they said they never recieved the order (although my card had been charged) and no way they could deliver today. What; it's already noon and I'm 1,200 miles away! A friend recommended Tuckahoe Florist so I quickly gave them a call. Called to place a phone order at 3:30 and was told by the owner without a hint of regret that she was just about to close (they close at 6). Why did you answer the phone? I'd seen the owner in action in the store before and got the sense she wasn't really pleasant to deal with, but I luckily avoided dealing with her until now. They have a counter worked who is great. She should be promoted to manager and the owner should stay home. read more

I used them for my wedding and wasn't pleased with the end result. Said they would call the wedding venue for measurements but clearly they didn't Bc one large arrangement did not fit properly where it was supposed to. I let it go. Now, my real problem with this establishment is... my brother died very tragically and I ordered a special arrangement for his service. I only went there Bc we live close by and I was sad and wanted to place the ordered quickly. Mind you the owners are local and knew of the incident and owner knows my father. My order was taken by a very elderly woman who I watched write down my exact order. (All blue and white roses). The owner never called with a price. My husband got the price for $500. I called another place and it was way less. At the time my family was dealing with trauma and just said whatever we will pay. Well what showed up at the funeral home was awful. There were no roses and it looked like a Pinterest fail project. I was mortified by what I had purchased for my 35 yr old brothers service. The fact that these owners knew the story and knew who we were and charged us a ton of money for an awful arrangements says a lot about their character. All my friends and family in the town have vowed to never go there. They all agreed it was disgusting how they took advantaged of a grieving family. I want to place an order by internet for picking up at the store but their website is not well designed, if you order online they automatically charge you for delivery. I called to their number and the guy that answer the phone was not friendly at all, he said that I should either walk in the store or just order by internet, he was too busy with some other orders, so apparently my order was not important to him.
