Very slim selection at this century located florist. They don't seem to stock much of anything and what they do have is fairly pricey I bought a bouquet there for a special occasion, and while the bouquet was pretty, it was also pretty expensive for what we got. Ripped off by missing in action 'florist' :-( I ordered online from the UK for a family funeral and tried to confirm but no response whatsoever on any platform. The flowers did not arrive, I lost $250 and now started an investigation via my bank to recover my money. Absolutely disgusted to put it mildly. read more

I ordered the "Lovely" set and as soon as I entered the store, I was taken aback by the presence of these two incredible ladies. They surprised me with a vase brimming with a delightful array of flowers. The arrangement was so grand that I couldn't help but wonder how I'd manage to transport it home. Amidst my awe, I regrettably forgot to tip them - their creation had captured all my attention. The sheer beauty of it could bring tears of joy to your loved ones' eyes. Ordered 2 dozens long stem red roses and the person received a vase of 2 dozens assorted size rose , most of the baby roses that never opened 6, average size roses not even 12 inch and have looked almost dead and one broken rose . So on Valentines Day I ordered flowers and was told to come back at 3pm I came back and my flowers weren't ready. For some reason the customer behind me asked what's the ETA on Roses. He was told an hour he stated he doesn't need anything fancy just some roses. Someone came from the back to work on his flowers right away. Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered flowers delivered to the wrong hospital, and it turned out that the correct one was way outside of the delivery zone. They went above and beyond and contacted a florist in that area to transfer my order to, and the flowers were still delivered the same day! I can't get over how helpful the staff were, I'd give them six stars if I could! read more

I've ordered here many times now, and I honestly think their service is the absolute best. The flower arrangements are stunning, and made great gifts for the important ladies in my life. When I had recently mixed up delivery dates they fixed it right away and changed it to the date that I wanted, which happened to the be the very next day. I used online ordering through White Plains Florist website for a funeral. Printed the confirmation page which included a confirmation number. This was done one day before the funeral. The flowers never made it to the funeral home. I called the next day to find out what happened. I was told the order didn't print out. That the order comes through some teleflora system and sometimes these things happen. I assumed when doing an online order one would think someone in this business is monitoring online orders. Very upsetting to say the least. Word of caution...call to confirm if you plan to order online. read more

My wonderful husband got me a big bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary on Saturday. On arrival, the flowers looked gorgeous - a mix of pink roses and white lilies because those are my favorite flower. That day I put fresh water and plant food in the vase. The next day I noticed the lilies were wilted and browning. By Monday the lilies were totally brown and dead - I had to throw them. Honestly quite disappointed since most lilies I've had from elsewhere last at least a week. At least. My apartment is cooled and window blinds are closed during the day so it wasn't due to heat or sun. I called up to let White Plains Florist know of my disappointment thinking maybe they'd offer to send me a replacement but no resolution was offered except that they would monitor their lily shipments coming in :( sad wifey. read more

I am very picky about flowers, ergo I always ask to talk directly to the actual designer and even then I am often not satisfied. However, Rudy at WPF was outstanding! My funeral flower cross was magnificent! He listened carefully to what I desired in specifics & the overall look, made brilliant & creative suggestions and turned this unusual yet specific design all around in 24 hours. I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have him manning the shop. He was also extremely kind given this was the death of a close relative; the first place I called were rushed and rather brusque in a time of suffering for me and my family. The final arrangement was stunning and perfectly fairly priced. Often I throw more money at arrangements hoping to make them better and I still don't get what I like/asked for or what I feel is the proper value. 10 stars to WPF and 100 stars to Rudy.
