They had someone come over to the house to check the other rooms had them pull up our floor boards to take a look then never followed up to actually provide the service. I have called both my point of contact and the office multiple times with no response. As a result I am having to go with another company to have the rest of our work done which is extremely unfortunate. I really dont post reviews that often but I just wanted to relay my experience as I use yelp for a lot of my home service projects and rely on honest feedback not just artificially generated positive reviews.

He was going to charge another $595 for another full audit, I asked for a discount and he said no. He said its not needed as he has all the information. When I agreed, he emails me back the following day to cancel because I had previously hired another provider due to Budget reasons. I find it disappointing that service would be refused based on my past decision to explore other options. This approach doesn't reflect the level of customer care I would expect.
