We were visiting Concord in the fall and we Yelped a search for breakfast restaurants, and Tucker's was at the top. We arrived on a busy Saturday morning, and we were told that our wait was 55 minutes, it was a bit more. Coffee is available for you while you wait to be called, in house blend, dark roast, decaf, hazelnut and pumpkin spice. In my opinion you should stay away from Pumpkin spice unless you want a mouthful of spice and cinnamon (with a hint of pumpkin) in your mouth. There was no trash to pour my pumpkin spice coffee so I pour it outside, sorry, but it was nasty. We picked our food from the menu during the long wait, so we wanted to order right away, but our server Natasha asked us to wait until after she brought two waters. She came and took our order, service was slow. The restaurant was nicely decorated, clean, a bit noisy.. Several people were waiting on food, it seemed like it took an eternity for food to come. It gave me plenty of time to clearly detail my review. I ordered the meat lovers skillet scramble with toast and baked beans. The meat was nicely cooked and the scrambled eggs were plain, I poured Cholula for taste. The toast was cold, and the beans were canned, sadly. My partner ordered the tribal bowl, came with lots of sausage, cheese and sweet potato, potato hash, and the eggs on top. The sweet potato was the highlight of the dish. The dish comes with naan, it arrived 10 minutes later. This was our first restaurant in Concord, and I was not a 4 or 5 star experience. You get a solid 3 stars. read more

Swung by Concord on the way back from the White Mountains, and this place seems to be a popular breakfast spot. General Tucker's was packed on a Sunday. Casual interior. We called ahead for takeout and ate at one of the three big picnic tables outside to be safe during COVID. Sizable parking lot is a plus. There are 2 locations in the town. The food - Tucker Time: 2 eggs your style, home fries, and choice of French toast or pancakes. We paid a little extra to have the pancakes swapped out for seasonal pumpkin pancakes. These pancakes are quite large. Unfortunately the taste was a bit artificial, probably to be expected for pumpkin flavored pancakes in general. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Home fries were standard and could taste fresher. - Erica's breakfast melt: yummy, but I wish it's larger. Love, live, love this place in Concord!! Would recommend getting there early as it is full every day they are open. Tells me they are good eats in which they are!! Stopped by Tucker's on a Monday after a nice little getaway at the lake. To say the least, this place was unbelievably good! I had the Sedona Skillet and added maple sausage to it. The chipotle aioli drizzle is incredibly good! Their sourdough bread was so good as well. I was so full and happy after my meal. I usually don't get super excited about breakfast places because they feel the same overall, but this one was a true hidden gem! I tried their salted caramel chai as well: not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. We have tried to stop by on a Sunday after a trip before and the wait time has been over an hour. On a Monday, the wait time was just 15 minutes. If you got the time to wait and are not in a rush, it is 100% worth it. The staff is very attentive and friendly and they do have a parking lot. It was fairly full on a Monday so keep this in mind when thinking of going on a weekend. We will be back for sure! read more

Cons - This policy of not seating everyone until the entire party has arrived is ridiculous. What's the point of putting a name in to /reserve/ a table, if you cannot sit there? This is our first time eating here, and presumably our last time. I do realize that it is Father's Day, but my husband was in a crunch of time. We put our name in so that we had plenty of to sit and spend with family. Pros - The food was very good. I had the Buffalo chicken quesadillas, and they were good. Food came out in a good time, didn't have to wait too long to get our order. The waitress was friendly and quick on her feet with orders. read more

Stopped here during a long road trip and enjoyed the nice break with great food! It looked super busy but the wait wasn't too long. We got served drinks and our food very fast despite it being very busy! The Sedona skillet was more like an omelette with the other stuff mixed underneath, but it was all cooked well and tasted delicious, the chipotle aioli is the best! My dad got the meat lovers skillet which he really liked. The rye bread we got on the side was nicely buttered and crispy. The waitress was super sweet and fast! read more

Our first time here and a superior experience. We ordered a basic breakfast (perfect sunny side up eggs, hash browns, sausage/bacon), sourdough toast, and fair coffee. All excellent-- but could have slightly more done toast. And the coffee was just ok, but nicely served in xtra large mugs. Michelle, our server, was perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, perfect. And I do appreciate the respect Tuckers has for food waste. Lastly - comforting atmosphere. What a diner should be. We will be back to try the surprisingly creative other dishes soon. read more

I have loved Tucker's since my first visit almost 4 years ago. Since I'm not from New England, Tucker's is a must stop every time I come through the area. There has never been a single visit where I have had something I didn't enjoy. Today's specialty was the Turkey Trot which is basically turkey and dressing and cranberry sauce with cheese on a roll. Stopped by this place on my way to Vermont and loved the food! Service was great too- very friendly staff! I got the tribal bowl and loved it- got it with poached eggs and it was delicious. I went to Tuckers with my family today for New Years brunch! We called ahead of time to add our name to the "wait list" since you cannot reserve a table. We arrived 40 min after calling and still waited an additional hour to be seated but it was SO worth it! Maybe it's just me but I could wait hours if I know I'm going to be served delicious food. Pam our waitress was an absolute delight. She was very attentive and welcoming. My family ordered a variety of food from pork mac and cheese, to french toast, omelets, eggs Benny, and more! Literally anything and everything is on the menu. Portions are perfect not to much, not to little, prices are great, and service was on point. They were able to accommodate our group of 7, and we all sat comfortably in a booth/chairs. It was such a great experience that we will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Tuckers!!!!!!! read more

We had an impromptu get together with 9 family members on Thursday mid morning which included two toddlers and three teenagers. The staff made it possible for us all to sit together, expedited the excellent food and checked on us frequently. The food served was delicious and no one left anything on their plates!! Tuckers in Concord- vibes v good, seating comfy and sat quickly despite being busy, it is set up really well so that you have privacy and the sound is spread out! quick turn around between order and food, got the sunny side so yummy- a side of watermelon- love! Usually not an option. Specialty coffee+regular. I got the Mocha Java. Super yummy not too sweet. I got their veggie wrap and my dad got their grilled cheese with hot honey. We also got a side of fries to share. The fries were perfectly crispy and delicious. The wrap was warm and flavorful and perfect. The service was so kind and the food came out quickly! This is located inside a rest stop space and its food court style seating with a handful of gift shops/food places around it. Our only complaint was that the space didn't seem to have a working air conditioning. Maybe they were just trying to get folks in and out and not to linger long? There was a huge fan in the lobby but we couldn't feel any breeze from it while eating. When we left and walked outside, it was the same temperature as inside.

I am a local, and had heard about this place, but hadn't yet had an opportunity to visit. My folks are from out of town, and asked where a good breakfast place was. Throwing caution to the wind, having never dined here before, I recommended Tuckers. My mother called me mid way through their meal to ask me what kind of smoothie she could bring me! My parents are not easy to please when it comes to restaurants; they were in town visiting for 5 days and we went four times; twice for breakfast, and twice for lunch! They couldn't stop gushing. Having been able to experience Tuckers several times, I can now say with full confidence that they are one of the best places in Concord. Any day you go will have a wait, as they are only open til 2pm most day (by the way, the first time I went, we arrived at 1:50 pm and they welcomed us in without hesitation). I have since returned many times and can say without reservation that if you come into Concord, Tuckers is the place to go. I usually get their Garden Bounty skillet, which is loaded with vegetables, squash, onion, peppers, tomato, spinach, over home fries, with eggs and it is so filling and a riot of flavor with ever bite. Recently went back with a friend from Florida and they had a seasonal menu. I opted for the Egg Nog Challah French toast and couldn't have been more thrilled with my choice. The staff are so attentive and courteous, the self serve coffee bar is a nice touch. I recommend Tuckers to everyone now. read more

I'd give 6 stars if possible-over the top happy! I'm blown away! My "Mitch" was made incorrectly, and I called to let them know when I realized and got back to work. They offered to remake it (nice young man who took the order over the phone, I apologize I can't remember his name), and I declined as I couldn't leave work again. He put me on with the manager who apologized profusely for the mistake and offered to take it off my bill (I had paid with a card and she said she could easily adjust the total down), which I agreed was MORE than fair. Not 20 minutes later, the same young man appeared at my dealership with a hot, fresh and 100% correctly prepared "Mitch". I'm speechless! What service, seriously! More than delighted, the one time my meal was less than perfect there and they went over and above to rectify the situation. As a 14 year veteran of the restaurant industry (my last 5 as a manager), I really appreciate this effort!! 6 stars out of 5!!!! Keep up the awesome work! read more

Tucker's has opened a new location in Dover, NH in the old Uno's Building. If you haven't experienced Tucker's, you don't know what you are missing. This place came with great reviews from their previous three locations and the new Dover location didn't disappoint. I went in today for lunch and the place was packed. I assumed it was due to it being so new, but quickly realized, it is the food that makes this place so special. Thank you to Sam who made the experience so relaxing and inviting. As a Realtor, I am often on the road and forced to eat on the run. Not a fan of fast food restaurants, I try to take time when possible to stop and enjoy my food. Tucker's is my go-to place for fantastic food, and friendly service. I love the menu and would have a difficult time choosing my favorite...I love it all. This is one of my favorite breakfast places in the state. The waitresses are always so polite even though you can see how busy Tuckers is on the daily. I always aim to go when Natasha is working because she is bubbly, happy, and you can see how much she enjoys her job even on the busiest days. I will always choose Tuckers over any other breakfast place, no matter how long the wait is. read more

You can put your name on a waitlist through Yelp, staff is very friendly. The menu has a lot of variety. Hard to choose but the breakfast bowls and skillets were so good. Very creative and flavorful.
