50 year old well finally died. They came out right away, drilled a new well within a week. That's why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. To me it looks like their objective is quantity not quality. 4 hours start to finish. Cracked my driveway with truck, left hydraulic fluid puddle on driveway, did not fill in trench for plumbing and electric completely and left electric cover off of outside electric panel. Other then that, great job! BTW. They did subtract $150 off of bill for driveway. read more

Tucks well drilling damaged my back-flow, my meter, and cost me fines from city of Eustis when doing a install for a new well. Advised them they broke the contract by damaging my home. They hired there lawyer despite them causing damages to my home. They are a faulty company. The well water winded up into the city supply & had to be redone since I was being fined. You get what you pay for. The price was good but the work was so lower par. I had to pay another well drilling company to finish the work. Double the price since they couldn't do it right the first time. read more

Called on Saturday for a out of water call and was told from the gentlemen on the phone that they were too busy and couldnt come out until Tuesday due to the Holiday that just passed. Their sign says 24 hours and OBVIOUSLY not holding true to their statements. I did manage to find another company to come out and handle my well, you have now lost a 10+ year customer. Our well stopped working on a Saturday night. I called Tuck's and they had someone out first thing Sunday morning. Turned out to be a couple of burned out switches. Very reasonable price for a Sunday service call also! I would recommend them to anyone needing well work. read more

I hired Tuck's to drill a new well in 2016 when my original well failed. Tucks was required as part of the permit process to "identify known roads and landmarks. Give distances from all reference points or structures, septic systems, sanitary hazards, and contamination sources." He did not even though he certified he did on the permit application. In 2017 I received a letter stating my well was less than 22 feet from my neighbors septic leach field and was potentially contaminated and had to be abandoned. Although I was assured that Tuck's would work with me, he has since refused unless I pay to abandon the well he drilled and again pay to drill another well. When St. John's River Water Management threatened to bring him in front of the licensing board, he told me he was only going to do what St. Johns River Water Management District requires, which is abandon the well. They do not require him to drill another well. They only require him to resolve the potentially harmful well by abandoning it or risk losing his license in Volusia County. So not only did I find out that my family has been using potentially septic contaminated water in our home for 2.5 years but instead of fixing it he is going to just abandon it to save his license but leave me with no water unless I pay for him to do it again. If you choose to use him anyway I suggest you locate all of the items above yourself before letting him drill. read more
