My son and I did a 6 hour RZR ride. It was so fun! Our first time but so easy to follow the GPS directions of the trail they've mapped out. The staff are so kind and helpful. We rented a 4 seater RZR today and had such a great experience with TAR from start to finish. Staff were professonal, friendly, and helpful. It was more than apparent that they all truly want their customers to have the best experience possible. Vehicle ran great and had everything we needed (helmets, eyewear, cooler, bungee cords). We did the 4 hour and loved all that it contained. We were even able to get out at one spot and hike up some pretty cool (and large) rocks. We had absolutely no issues with the ATVs GPS system. Can't say enough wonderful things about Tucson Adventure Rentals. Would hands down recommend them to anyone, and we hope to be back ourselves in the future! read more

if you like toys and are traveling to Tuscan, I highly recommend checking out Jason at Tuscan Adventure Rentals. my friend and I rented a pair of XP 1000 turbo Rzr's. the machines were in great shape with tons of power. on the 6 hour trip that we did, they have the loops all set up in the units GPS system. you leave from their shop in the city, and it's about a 30 min drive (which is legal on the roads) to get to the trails. You'll pass by at least 2 C-stores to pick up snacks / drinks (get the coolers with ice from Jason!). Fron there, your off to have fun. There are a couple of slow / steep sections that will get your attention, and a lot of smooth (and even fast....?) sections to have fun. The views are greats. While I've been riding ATV's for 30 years, I thought the loops were a great mix where someone who has almost no skill on these units shouldn't be too intimidated, and it's not too boring for someone who's been doing it a while. For me, it was the best way to celebrate my 60'th birthday! read more

We were looking for a fun adventure & headed here to get information. The female employee was very helpful and gave us plenty of information. A few days later, we called in and made a reservation for one of their Polaris ATVs. We had it delivered to us in Sonoita and the gentleman who delivered was on time, friendly, and gave us a thorough HOW TO USE. There was an iPad-like GPS that that has a map of where to ride and even bluetooth that we could hook up our music and ride, ride, ride. I definitely would recommend. I don't give 5 stars only because it is a bit expensive and in the rules, we were told we would be charged extra money IF the ATV got "real dirty." I was a bit shocked, because it is an off-road vehicle, so of course its going to get dirty. Thankfully we weren't charged any additional money for some minor mud, but still. Just beware and ask questions to confirm. read more

We had a great time. We have rented ATVs from many different companies in different states. This was an easy process. I simply called the night before and reserved our ATV and when we showed up everything was ready and easy to follow. It took a little bit of time to get to the trail but it was no big deal and the onboard gps makes directions super easy to follow. Renters beware! I recently had an experience with this razor rental service, and while the razor delivery was handled perfectly, my overall experience left much to be undesired. Firstly, the delivery process was smooth and punctual. The razor arrived on time, and the delivery person was courteous and professional. However, my satisfaction could have been improved. The disorganization became apparent soon after delivery. There needed to be more documentation, which left me feeling uncertain about the terms and conditions of the rental. I was surprised when, at the last minute, I received a call informing me that I needed to return the razor five hours earlier than our previously agreed-upon time. This abrupt change in plans caused inconvenience and disrupted my schedule. To make matters worse, the price I was charged for the rental was outrageous. While the initial rental cost was mentioned upfront, I was never informed about the additional security deposit that was deducted from my account without prior notification. This lack of transparency in pricing was frustrating and left a sour taste in my mouth. The disorganization, lack of documentation, last-minute changes, and unexpected charges made for a disappointing rental experience. I hope the company can improve its communication and transparency in the future to provide a more satisfactory service to its customers. During the initial reservation process, a crucial detail was missing I was never informed about the specific type of octane gasoline required for the machine. This information should have been discussed earlier or included in a proper receipt emailed to me, especially considering that most people renting these types of vehicles are often in remote locations. As a result, my use of the machine was limited, and I encountered unexpected difficulties. Furthermore, there was an issue regarding the license plate. I was wrongly accused of losing it when, in fact, the razor never had one at the time of drop-off. This mix-up could have been avoided with proper documentation and checklists in place to ensure accurate handling of the rental equipment. In summary, the lack of communication about gasoline requirements and the license plate confusion highlighted the need for improved documentation and checklists in the rental. process, particularly for customers who find themselves in remote areas with limited. resources. A+ Experience / Highly Recommend. Had a great time driving RZR's rented from Tucson Adventure Rentals. Had friends in from out-of-town and wanted to show them the Redington Pass area. Made reservation for the full day / Mt Lemmon Loop. Probably did not need the full 8 hours but allowed us to take time, stop a bunch of times to take in the views and have lunch without any rush. When we arrived their staff did a great job of explaining / familiarizing us with the vehicles, putting coolers in the back of each machine, and setting up and explaining the GPS tablets on which the route was already programmed. Drove on pavement to the Redington Pass trailhead which was a new experience but no problem. RZR's were in excellent condition (nearly new?) and had absolutely no problems with them. All-in-all had a great time. Can't wait to go again. Thank you Tone and crew. Plus, cool / friendly dogs in the shop! read more

We rented multiple RZR's and did the half day to Chimney Rock. Everyone had a blast and owners were great and really helpful. Bring sunscreen and chapstick!! We had 7 kids all under 10 and they enjoyed it the entire time. Will do again next time we are in Tucson read more
