Very rude staff and they never get your food right. Ask for sliced cheese and get melted. will not be eating there again.

Now that I've experienced the Tudor biscuit, my thoughts: * Biscuit: 3 stars. Not as fluffy or tasty as a Bville or Bojangle's biscuit. * Toppings: 4.5 stars. A lot of variety here, with choices such as shaved ham, steak, pork chop. (There are also a lot of non-biscuit foods available.) Pretty good quality overall. The bacon was thick and meaty, highly recommend. * Value: 5 stars. These things are humongous. You do not need more than two biscuit sandwiches for a complete meal, and many people just order one. Never met a biscuit this big before. * Service: 3.5 stars. Very slow when I went, and I think it's because I ordered a bunch of breakfast sandwiches near dinner. But it's their fault for having it on the menu! Other people ordered and were served before me, but it eventually did all come out and correctly, so I don't want to be too harsh. * Bonus: They had blackberry biscuit when I was there. It was pretty much a slice of blackberry pie turned inside-out. The filling got all over everything, but man, was that ever delicious. * Verdict: If I want a biscuit but I'm in West Virginia, Tudor's will do just fine. But next time... either drive thru (faster), or order earlier in the day.

I told the boy working the window to feel for himself, he told me he was allowed to touch food, again I hadn't even took a bite. I could feel the absence of heat thru the wrapper, before I even opened it and felt the ice cold hashbrown. And seen the unmelted cheese. I told them I wanted my money back, the manager never apologized and she was extremely rude. She argued that egg was made fresh, I pointed at the perfectly shaped slice of American cheese that was same temp as when it came out of fridge, completely unmelted. It should be illegal to serve people food that old and then to be rude about it as well. I just wish I would have took a pic before I gave it back. This place needs some new workers!!!

Fuel has been in business for a few years despite a number of flaws…read more The place inexplicably closes at 8:00 pm despite the fact the Huntington restaurant crowd is still going until 10, and it's in The Market with Austin's Ice Cream and Taqueria 84, which are open later. I was in line tonight and with another person in front of me and the clock struck 8:00 and the young woman at the counter literally told us, "Sorry, that was the last customer. We close at 8." I've never been in line at a counter business in my life and been turned away because of hours. Second, the sandwiches here made with overly thick bread but the meat portions are paper thin. These are not sandwiches, they are bread with a hint of meat. I always get the pizzas here as thst is all they offer that is worthwhile. Unfortunately, though, there is... Third, they haven't changed the menu since they opened. It's bee. the same damned options for the past few years! People say they have a favorite (always pizza) at Fuel and that's because they can never get a new option. This is a lazy business that had a great beginning but one which doesn't listen to its customers at all. They've been told about the hours, the fat bread, and the lack of new options by many people, and they feign a politeness that tells you that they don't value your opinion. It gets by because it's in a town with few options and even fewer new ones.

Visited this location last night for an impromptu date night with my wife…read more Despite the holiday weekend, the business was busy and we had about a fifteen minute wait to be seated (they have both inside and outside waiting seating), we chose a bench outside in the cool evening air. Once our table was ready, we were notified by the hostess and seated at a high top near the bar (bar seating it first come first serve at the bar). They also have low top tables for parties of 4 to 6. Despite being close to the bar, we were still able to talk easily and noise level was acceptable. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu and made some helpful suggestions that we used. We ordered a pickle fries appetizer with ranch dipping sauce with our drinks. These came out quickly and were still hot from the fryer but they were good and the homemade ranch was really good (our server advised they make all their sauces and dips in house). For our mains, we both ordered the original burger - a half pound burger on a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles topped with ketchup, mustard and mayo. We also opted to pay an extra fifty cents to add cheese (American for me and provolone for her). We also opted to pay an extra fee to add sweet potato fries and onion rings to our meals as opposed to fresh cut chips. The burgers were a little slow getting out and drinks began to run dry. Once our burgers came out, they looked great but mine was a little salty and I could taste the salt over the other toppings in my first bite. After that the burger leveled out and we enjoyed our meal. My wife did not like the Maple Siracha dipping sauce that came with her sweet potato fries and after trying it, I was not impressed either. All in all, a good meal at a fair price. Good place for a casual date.
