I've found some incredible top brands at Big Lots, including Pottery Barn and Broyhill. They also carry a pretty good selection of keto friendly foods if that's your thing. No, it's not the best organized store, but part of the fun for me is walking through the aisles one at a time to see what I can find. And while the store looks like it's been around a while, it's usually clean even if it's not neat. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful, and it makes me happy to see them working as a team. I stumbled upon a conversation between three guys putting out stock. They were obviously having a good time working together, which is so nice to see today. The return went great and the clerk could not have been nicer. The problem was the lack of carts. There weren't any at the door we came in so my granddaughter went to the other entrance & there weren't any there either. People were leaving the store and going into the parking lot to find them & yes it was raining. I did want to look for 2 items, found one easily but never found the other. I'm sure we would have shopped longer had there been carts but who wants to carry everything leaving no hands to look for anything.
