Repeat customer, overall still great service and product. Computer material optimization was the problem, missing 3 studs which throws off R13 standard insulation. Side wall vents, one was placed correctly in between stud bay, the other installed directly on the stub, making cumbersome framing/insulating. Word of caution with the Metal roof, quoted as 40year warranty, but easily scratched during installation. Tuff Shed sent out new roofing material and missing studs. As with the installer Alex and his crew were very prompt and customer focus on providing a positive construction experience. read more

I had been doing research for months and stopped in at this location because from Google streetview it looked like they might have the size of building on display that I wanted. They did. I parked my car and took my measuring tape directly to the structure, without stopping in at the office. Morgan noticed and met me outside. Some customers want their hand held, but I do not, and Morgan respected that. She saw that I knew what I wanted and waited for me to ask any questions, and she answered them immediately. She did not try to talk me into anything other than what I came there for. I had specific customization requests, and Morgan explained exactly what I would need to do for each request, checked in with me that I understood and still wished to purchase, then made it all happen. I purchased an 8 by 18 she shed from tuff shed.. When I purchased it I Asked if it could be moved to other property in the future. .. They told me that they could move it.. not a problem,. I asked all the right questions, about the size,, ability for them to move it ect... That had alot to do with the style and size I chose.. One year later and I want it moved to Vancouver from Hillsboro. I was told they don't Move their sheds . I am rather upset upset as that was one of the reasons I chose to purchase from them.. When we had talked about moving it when I bought it they had explained explained that it can shift and they would not be responsible for any damage to it . I was OK with that. They stated it was mobile. Now not only do they say they don't move their sheds but didn't know who would. Not helpful at all !!!! read more

We purchased our lovely Barn Tuff Shed and it was installed in Feb 2023. Yesterday, we noticed that the bracket holding our 2-piece ramp had room for a 3rd ramp! We called Morgan today at the Hillsboro office and she had one in stock. We picked it up and brought it home. What a great addition and so convenient to install, just snapped it in to the sturdy bracket. The little barn has been great for storage in the two lofts. The 160 sq ft of floor space has made a great shop with the work bench across one end. Whenever my partner is "missing", I can always find him there. LOL. You can't get better service or product than the team we had starting with Mark Hansen to the delivery and installation team. Mark helped us with the size, design, colors, & layout. The crew arrived early, articulately set up the material for installation. My husband was watching it go up ( which I called hovering) and said the crew made sure every piece was a perfect fit. At lunch time, the crew ordered their lunch to be delivered....When we took their lunch and drinks back to them, my dog Chad (65 pound German Shorthaired Pointer) was on point for the bags of food! I'm in full pursuit to stop him before he gets to the bags. Keep in mind, this dog is like a Cheetah. The crew rescued their lunch and gave the dog a gentle stroke on the head.
