My elderly parents acquired a gas grill, which was assembled and delivered for them. The following day, my parents contacted the company because they reported that the gas grill would not turn off. They spoke with John, the owner, who promptly visited their home the same day. Unfortunately, due to their age, my parents were mistakenly turning the knob to a low setting instead of completely off, as they were turning it in the wrong direction. John kindly clarified the situation for them and did not charge for his assistance, assuring them that they should not hesitate to reach out if they required any further help. This is hands down the best place to buy a grill. The customer service is excellent. The owner, John, and his employees take the time to understand what you want and get you exactly what you are looking for. They do not try to get you to buy the bigger/nicer model, just want you to have what you need. I have had my grill for over 8 years and they have come right over the two times it needed a small repair. I actually tried to go buy a new grill a few weeks ago, and they wouldn't let me! Bought a fireplace and custom glass doors. John (the owner) came to the house , when he promised, to take measurements. The installer arrived in less than a week. Ours is a pan type fireplace with crushed glass covering the entire pan...except it didn't. There was one inch strip of the black pan exposed in the front and going the entire width. It looked awful. We called and John came out the same day with additional material and rectified the situation He said the installation was not acceptable and thanked us for calling. We renovated our wood burning fireplace to a gas burning one about 5 years ago with Michigan Fireplace and Barbecue. Five years later, we had issues with the pilot staying lit. John was extremely helpful - even followed us home to take a quick look to see if he could fix it on the spot.
