The salon is very clean and quiet, which I do appreciate. I felt like the service was average. If I'm going to get the most expensive pedicure, I would expect my water to be hot the towels to be hot and the massage and foot scrub I would've liked to be longer and more aggressive. I prefer not to have a manicure done at the same time as a pedicure. I like to relax while I'm getting a pedicure not rushed through both at the same time. Would I come back? Okay I'm going leave a 5 start because this place has cut my daughter and sons hair and both turned out awesome! I didn't leave a review when my daughter got a hair cut which was about 2 months ago but her hair has been looking so healthy since the stylist cut it! I wish I knew her name I forgot but she was so friendly and patient with my daughter. Now for my son he's only 1 year old. He has really really really thin hair almost looks bald lol He has never got a hair cut by a stylist and today when I took him in Marisol cut his hair and Omg to say she did amazing is honestly an understatement! She literally took time to make sure my son was comfortable and familiar with the noise and movement of the clippers. She gave my son a little toy and comb to keep him distracted the whole time. She was quit as well which was a plus! She did so well with him and I appreciate that! I'm definitely going to keep coming to get his haircuts here from now on! The first time i came to the salon for my son to get his hair perm it went well and they were able to squeeze me in even though he was only scheduled for a hair cut. The next day his perm fell out and lashawna was able to set me an appointment to fix it and she honored my purchase and i was thankful. Now i have a huge issue with Vickey. I believe she is very irresponsible. I had scheduled an appointment with her 3 weeks in a row and she kept cancleing on me. For those of you who know teenage boys, know how difficult it is to get them to get a haircut let alone get them a haircut that is acceptable to still attend Sunday dinner at the grandparents home plus have a "cool" haircut. Jennifer cut my son's hair and was so attentive to what he wanted. When she was done cutting his hair she even took her time to show him how to style it. huge misunderstanding. I asked for ALL OVER PROCESSED hair BE CUT OFF-THEN PERMED. Operator cut off what she wanted, despite my instructions. I stated grey AND white rollers, she used white. In order to make sure the perm took, I left with my hair wet. Perm was gone before 1 month. Numerous attempts to contact new owner were ignored, then one call back stating he would call back shortly,....3 days later I called salon again only argumentative in nature. Owner claims mfg of perm product recommends no re-do for SIX MONTHS. I have disputed this charge on my credit card for $70.00 of the $82.00. New owner has no previous experience in the beauty salon business....huge mistake and costly! read more

I am having a difficult time with this review, because I have been to Classique in the past and had a wonderful experience. However, on Saturday I went in for a haircut and left feeling severely underwhelmed and like I wasted my money completely. From what they said, it is under new management, so that may be the reason for the bad experience. When I arrived it was shortly after opening and there were no other customers in the salon. Patrick was out front smoking a cigarette when I pulled up. He followed me into the salon and asked if he could help me. I told him I needed a haircut and didn't have a preference as to who helped me. So, he took me back, never washed his hands after smoking, and sat me in his chair. I have never received such an uncomfortable hair cut. I have no other way to describe the situation. I felt like Patrick was very complacent and bored. I asked him how long he had been cutting hair and his response was 27 years. I expected to walk out looking amazing with someone who had been cutting hair for so long. His methods were very nontraditional to what I am used to. He never sprayed my hair to wet it down, and didn't act as if he cared much about the style I wanted. He literally cut my hair in less than 10 minutes. Never brushed it, or even checked for evenness. I asked for a sweep bang and he cut them straight across. Didn't ask me if I liked it, just spun me around and shuffled me to the front to pay. I asked if he could recommend any products for damaged blonde hair. He acted uninterested in making the sale. I would have spent $50 to $75 on products if he had recommended something. I gave him a tip of $4.25 (still not sure what I was thinking, but I always tip, no matter what). Also, I have colorful hair (pink) and he and the other ladies told me the entire time that my hair looked awful, faded and needed to be redone. I didn't go in for a color. I know it needs to be touched up. They made me severely self conscious of my color. When I walked out I had a terrible pit in my stomach. My Husband had been waiting in the car. The first thing he said is, "Did they even do anything?" He couldn't even tell I'd had my hair cut. I told him that was the most uncomfortable experience I had ever had getting my hair cut. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Classique. read more
