I appreciate number one that he respected their lunch breaks and number two that he asked me to schedule an appointment instead of expecting me to want to wait. I came back today for my appointment. My oil change and tire rotation was done within an hour and for $20 less than the last time I went to Jiffy Lube. Ryk had pull up my Carfax. He let me know of anything I should get done soon, and seemed to understand that I wasn't planning to get it done today without me having to tell him that. Bought 4 used tires from this place a couple weeks ago. At first they could only find 3 of the…read moresize I wanted and tried to sell me a different size for the 4th one and claim it was the same thing. I pressed for them all to be the same size or Id pass on buying any. Eventually they decided to actually look for the 4th tire in the size I wanted and found it. They were all different brands which is no big deal, but they claimed they all are really good tires and have around 70% tread still. Well.... I've had air pressure issues in all 4 of them since I got them. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Today I drove for about 10 minutes before one of my back tires went flat. The tread completely separated from the tire walls. They sold me a bad tire. I've barely driven on them since I bought them. So I pulled over to changed the tire and what do ya know... I must mention I also paid a lot to have them fix 2 of my wheel studs. The guy spent 10 minutes trying to change the stud by whacking my brakes with a hammer or something until he realized they weren't coming loose because the E-brake was up. At one point I had to go question him about why he was doing that and expressed how I hoped he wasn't damaging anything. Anyway, the wheel studs happened to be on the same wheel with the bad tire. We were also short a lug nut so they took it upon themselves to replace it with a nut that required a different size tool to remove instead of just leaving it as is. I wasn't aware of this. So when I went to change my tire i couldn't because I didn't have the tool to remove that one nut. I had to drive home 5 miles on a completely torn apart flat tire just so I could change to a spare tire. Now I know used tires don't have warranties but this was clearly a bad tire they sold me without a doubt. I called anyway to see if they'd maybe have good customer service and make it right but nope. I was offered a possible small discount on another used tire that may or may not have the same issue. Who knows? I don't recommend this place unless you are willing to risk having the experience I had.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I brought my truck in after constantly having…read moreproblems with my front differential. Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. If you're looking for knowledgeable people who stand behind their work and build things the right way, I highly recommend Brett and Kev at Big Boyz. It was the same person each time, and he came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Putting customers on hold without saying anything or repeatedly transferring them instead of answering a simple pricing question is incredibly unprofessional. If getting a basic quote is this difficult, I can't imagine what actual service would be like. Very disappointing customer service. Do better. I should have known what to expect since they're associated with Walmart. I wanted to add I ordered 8 tires and will be cancelling my order now
